Awesome Experience!!!

We were greeted immediately upon arriving to the dealership. All of our questions were answered and the salesman was very knowledgeable about the car that we were interested in. We received a great price on the new car that we selected and we are very happy with our purchase.

Best Service Department!

They always have free coffee and refreshments while you wait.. They also washed and vacumed my car for me for free while I was waiting for the oil to be changed they just go the extra mile to keep my car running and looking good!!! I love my dealership!!

Wonderful service

I am never skeptical about taking my car in for service at this trustworthy dealership...This time was just as professional and courteous. Excellent service! I even went to sales and was shown a couple of new cars, when I am ready I will definitely return to Jim Norton Cheverolet.

It was a good experience

We were looking for a new vehicle. They were very courteous and respectful to what we were looking for. They went out of their way to please us. I would definitely recommend to friends looking to buy a new Chevrolet

Service Department

I took my car in for what I thought was a minor issue and the mechanics found some very serious issues that were all covered under the warranty. I had gone in on Friday and was given a loaner because my car would not be finished until Monday. I received a call on Saturday that my car was ready. The mechanic had come in on Saturday to keep up with the work load. Very pleased.

Great service

I came in for an oil change, and I was informed that since I had purchased my Buick here, I was entitled to my first 2 oil changes free. They also corrected the safety recall while I was there. I give Jim Norton 5 stars.

Great Dealership!!!

I went to the dealership on Christmas Day while they were closed. I found the exact truck I wanted and put my information in online. The next morning I got a call from Derrick Pressler asking me what he can do for me to purchase vehicle. Once getting to the dealership and agreeing on terms, I walked out with the exact truck I wanted for my business. They went above and beyond during the buying process.
