Great customer service but left me nervous
I was quoted one price at the stand and then was being charged another price behind the cashier. I did advise it was incorrect and they did take care of it quickly but for my first visit to Jim Norton Chevy just for an oil change it made me question if this will happen everytime or if I go to buy a vehical will there be under handed dealings that unless I was paying attention could slip past me???

great service friendly staff
We went in for a much needed oil change, and found out there had been a recall on some part in our car. You guys took care of it for us quickly! Overall a very good experience.

Steering problem
The service manager here took care of an ongoing complaint I had with my steering . I had called attention to the problem for probably the last year, my concern was pushed aside. Crafter bring more assertive on this visit the service manager was called in and fixed the problem. It needed fluid, that's all. Don't know how others could have missed this.

I bought my previous car, also an Equinox, from Speedway...
I bought my previous car, also an Equinox, from Speedway and, let me tell you, they weren't in the business of selling cars. The new Jim Norton dealership is the polar opposite of Speedway. My salesman, Cody Stos, was excellent and he wasn't afraid to make a deal. And I did get a deal I am very happy with. Charles Edwards also made sure of that. For once, my car deal wasn't a horrendous experience. It was comfortable and the staff was friendly. While I waited, they brought me an ice tea, a ham sandwich, and chips so I spent a nice afternoon with lunch and a book. I'll be back, but it may be a while. This 2014 is great, has no miles, and it has a long term protection plan so sign me up for a 2021 model, guys! Sandy Thompson

I wanted a no hassle purchasing experience for a 1/2 ton truck, either used or new. I shared with them what i wanted and that i wanted to get the best possible price without a lot of negotiating. Montee and Mike did an exceptional job of getting me a good price with no hassles and no extra cost, etc. They were very professional and made purchasing my new Silverado Z71 an enjoyable experience. They did exactly what they said they would do and proved that i could trust them. I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle.
