This place is a scam . Run! Never give Ala Alkofadi or his employees a downpayment- they will lie say you’re approved, contact you weeks later for more documents, which you provide - like I did, then steal your car back and refuse to refund downpayment. This is criminal and known as a spot delivery scam. The owner will lie in his responses on these reviews, but rest assured they are being reported and sued. This place will Close shortly. Criminals.

SOLD ME A JUNK CAR! CAR HAS MAJOR PROBLEMS THEY PROMISED TO REPAIR IF I BOUGHT IT. LIES! THE CAR BROKE DOWN AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT, SO NOW, IM STUCK WITH A PIECE OF JUNK. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A CAR!!!!!!!!!!

If you go to AnF you will regret it. The first car I got from AnF had many problems then I went to trade it in for one car and they told me it was in the shop so they told me they had a Jeep that was better.. So I said ok and soon as I got the car and drove off the check engine light came on. I call them the next day they promise to take care of me. I took the car back to them they said they fixed the car then I drove off again and the light came on again. The motor started making a ticking noise. I called Allen he first told me to bring the car in two month then I said why would I do that, then he told me bring it Monday morning and he would get me in something else. Monday came I went up there ended up sitting up there from 9am til 8:30pm for Allen to tell me to drive it in the water and claim it on my insurance then after I told him no I’m not that kind of a person he told me to fix it and bring it back. You can’t trust them at all.. I pray God don’t let what happen to me happen to anybody else. It’s really sad they will sale a car they know needs to be fixed... Watch out for Allen, Mike, Miguel or Earl!!! Mrs Kelly is the only one there with a good heart..

They first car I got from them broke down on me within month so I traded the car in. I went up there to get a infinity suv, they told me that the infinity was trash and in the shop. Then they told me they had a Jeep that was a great car so I trusted them. Soon as I drove off the lot in my way home the check engine light came on. I called Allen he promised to take care of me. So I brung the car back, left it there then they said it was done. I came back to get the car and on my way home the light came on again, then motor stared ticking. I called Allen and he told me to bring the car back in 2 month. I asked him why would I do that, then he said bring it Monday and I’ll take care of you. Monday comes I go there and ended up sitting from 9am til 8:30pm for Allen to tell me drive the car in some water and flood it so your insurance will pay for it.. I told him I’m not that kind of person. I pray nobody goes through what I went through

Research the vehicle before you buy. Manager tried to sell me a frame damaged car as if their was no damage and I only found out through my own research. Salesman was great but the managers will say one thing but then change it later.

They took my car for a trade in, then told me to lie to the finance company for their benefit. The vehicle wasn't even inspected before they gave it to me. The very next morning (not even 24 hr's later)..it wouldn't start.. I asked for my trade in back. They ignored me. I had to call the police... It scared them into action... BUT LOOK!!!... I had to pay them 1000 dollars to get my trade in back... YES..i had to buy my OWN CAR!!! back from them. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST ON THE PLANET. I PRAY THAT GOD WILL DEAL WITH EVERYONE THAT IS AN OWNER AND EMPLOYED BY THIS HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! so called business. They're CROOKS. All they want is your hard earned money... And in return all you get is CRAPPY cars that won't work not even 24 hrs later. RUN... RUN... RUN.... FARRRRRRRR... RUN... RUN... RUN... FASSSSSST.... THEY ARE THE WORST.... THE WORST.... u have been warned....

Their salesman Pete was instrumental in making our deal happen he was courteous nice and very helpful makes you appreciate doing business with people like that

The posted a cx 9 mazda grand touring on the website, when you call them, they will tell you the car is available, you will waist you time to go there, when you reach there they will tell you it is no longer available,

A friend of mine took me to this dealership and as soon as we walked in I was immediately welcomed by Pete who helped me get a used 2012 Chevrolet Volt! He let me test drive the car and have me all the information I needed to get the vehicle and his customer service was great and VERY helpful. I was very happy to have found my vehicle at ANF Auto finance! Thank you for all your help Pete!
