Selling Bad Cars

Company sold my wife and I a 2013 Ford Explorer on 6/2/18. On 6/15/18, the vehicle began overheating and would not run properly. Knowing that we purchased a used vehicle "As is", I made every attempt I could financially to repair the vehicle. We replaced the thermostat for $315, replaced radiator hoses and o-rings for $465. Now the water pump seal is out. I was told by my local shop mechanic that it is likely they added a sealant to temporarily stop the leak so that they could sell it. To this date, I've spent $3000 on the deposit for the financing, paid two car notes at $492 per note and also paid for two shop repairs totaling $780. Not to mention, I've spend several hundred dollars in the cost of a gallon of antifreeze. I called the financing company and the financing company suggested I speak directly to the dealer. I called the dealer and I was put off for two days, claiming my salesman had a family issue. Finally, the manager got on the phone with me today and claimed he had to escalate this matter with his corporate company out of Germany and it would take up to 48 hours to do so. At this point, yes, I'm very frustrated. He shows zero empathy, care or concern and tells me it's a used car and that I am responsible for it and then he hangs up the phone. Too this day, the vehicle has ran for only 2 weeks since we purchased it.

Beautiful Car

I bought a BMW X3 and 10 days later I had it at the dealership because it stopped on me. I had to have the fuel pump replaced which cost me 1200 dollars. That?s not the worst part. I got my vehicle financed with my credit union and it?s been 45 days since I purchased this SUV. They won?t send the title so that I can get the vehicle registered. They will not return any of my phone calls. I am really upset with this place and would hate to have to return this vehicle to them, but looks like that?s what is going to happen.

Be careful!

We are looking for a generation one Porsche Cayenne with a manual transmission. We reached out to ANF Auto Finance about their silver Cayenne (vin:WP1AA29P58LA24154), and wanted to confirm it was a manual, as listed online at Autotrader, Cars, and CarGurus. The next day, Peter Landreth got back to us. We tried to confirm it was a manual, and he told us it is an automatic, and confirmed it. Regardless of reaching out to them about this, this is still listed as a manual. It's sad when dealerships post rare models or features of cars to trick people into coming in, and then "oops, we made a mistake, how about you buy this instead?" I hope this dealership isn't trying to bait and switch people, and I would love to change this review to show they have only the best intentions!

NOT SATISFIED

I PURCHASED A CAR AND IT NEEDED REPAIRS. I LEFT WITH THE CAR AND I CALLED THEM BACK AND TOLD THEM THE CAR WAS LEAKING OIL AND RADIATOR FLUID AND THE DRIVE TRAIN MALFUNCTION WAS POPPING UP ON THE SCREEN. SCHEDULED AN APPT. TO GET IT FIX, NEVER HAPPENED. TOOK THE CAR IN, THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD TO ORDER THE PART FOR IT, NEVER CAME IN BUT WERE ASKING FOR MORE MONEY FOR DOWN PAYMENT. I STILL GAVE THEM HALF OF THE MONEY SINCE THEY WERE HELPING ME GET A CAR BUT THEY STILL NEVER FIXED THE CAR AND WERE ASKING FOR THE REST OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. HOW CAN YOU KEEP ASKING FOR MORE MONEY AND YOU HAVENT FIXED THE CAR AND IM PAYING MONEY FOR OIL AND ANTIFREEZE EVERY 2 TO 3 DAYS AND ITS DESTROYING MY DRIVEWAY....
