From the moment I was contacted via phone to when I was greeted at the doors I received nothing but honest and friendly customer service. The process was a little long, but that's only because my salesman went through EVERY AVENUE POSSIBLE to work with me. I was in the market to trade my vehicle and use it as down payment towards another. Turns out, my vehicle is a SALVAGE title. Which basically means that my car wasn't worth the WHEELS it rolled in on. They worked with me. My salesman, Miguel, first contacted me via phone and once we made the arrangement, pulled up to the dealership (for the first time ever), guess who's standing outside and RECOGNIZES me based upon over the phone vehicle description....that's right, Miguel. He welcomed me in and got to work right away. I will say, the whole process was much longer than I'd hoped, but that's only because, they left no stone unturned when it came to putting into something I'd be comfortable with. Everyone there looked me in the eye, (which I thought to be quite honest) and made certain to keep my best interest at heart. I am quite pleased to say, that I traded my old and got something new! i traveled from out of state to buy from ANF because the prices are very hard to beat. i was a little worried after reading mixed review on a dealership i was very unfamiliar with. but after its all said and done it was a great experience and i will purchase from ANF again in the future.
