if you decide to buy your next used car don't go there, the customer service was one of the worst i have ever had. the young man named Willie G., had no time for his other 2 customers let along for me. he bought us in and set us down then got on his computer, got up walked out was gone for 5 minutes then walked back in and set there looking confused not saying a word. after a few seconds he then asked me how could he help, i told him i was there for the red beetle, at that point he got on his computer got up (not saying anything) then walked out once more and walked to another customer set down with them and started helping them......WTH just happened? was my question? i would understand if he would have told us what was happening or what was his plan, not a word. so a word of advise....if you have nothing to do but waste TIME then go and buy you car from them and ask for Willie G, i'm sure he will waste your time as he did mine and others. as a matter of fact bring cookies and milk and a good book you will be there for awhile. recommend this dealer to a friend.... NO!

I went in with a smile, and drove away with a GRIN. The process was a little long, but they fed me a burger, enjoyed every minute of it. The entire team was friendly and helpful..

Not impressed with the promptness of returning an inquiry on a vehicle that was sent via email. I went to see the particular vehicle I was interested in and it was a piece of overpriced junk! One positive note where credit is due is to the porters/ lot attendants (not sales reps), they were courteous and polite everything else was terrible.

I am very satisfied with my new car purchase. Everyone was so helpful, they explained everything to me. I would highly recommend coming here to purchase your new car.
