I normally do not leave reviews, but my experience with Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Owings Mills has been extremely frustrating and still unresolved. I purchased a used vehicle from them on November 8, 2025. Before I even took possession of the vehicle, the dealership damaged the front passenger fender. They admitted fault and agreed to repair it—but more than three weeks later, the repair is still not done. What makes this situation worse: The dealership is using a third-party contractor, not a certified body shop. This contractor only comes once a week if they show up at all and performs repairs outdoors, which is unacceptable for body work. Communication between the Sales and Service departments has been inconsistent and often conflicting. I have been making monthly payments on a vehicle that I barely got to drive, while the dealership has had it in their possession longer than I have. The rental vehicle they provided is nowhere near the level, value, or class of the vehicle I purchased for my business. I rarely receive updates unless I reach out first. The disconnect and apparent tension between Sales and Service is obvious, and the customer is the one who suffers because of it. I purchased this vehicle in good faith and expected professionalism, timely repairs, and accurate communication. At this point, I am exploring formal consumer complaints and legal options. I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through this.

We were in a tough situation being that our current car

We were in a tough situation being that our current car was totaled in an accident. Everyone at Heritage was empathetic to our situation and did everything could to help us out. When the Jeep that we were looking at was sold the evening prior to our arrival they found us an exact matching vehicle at their Harrisburg location and had it sent down for us to purchase. William and Anthony were great!

omg call them you never get an answer or a call back,it is a nightmare to try and reach them for problems. They were great before I bought the car once I drove off the lot no more Mr nice guys. Do not buy a car from this place you will be sorry

I’m very disappointed with the poor customer service I’ve

I’m very disappointed with the poor customer service I’ve received. My vehicle was damaged while under their care, and since then, communication has been extremely unprofessional. I was told I’d be contacted with updates and provided a rental vehicle, but I never received a call or follow-up. It’s unacceptable to leave a customer without transportation for an issue caused by the dealership. I expected accountability and better customer support, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case.
