The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership.

The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I had a 6pm appointment, got there at 6pm, no other customers were there, the lady asked if she could help me, I told her that I have an appointment with Anthony. She came back a few minutes later and told me that he stepped out. Just a few minutes later, a man came over and said that he was there. He was the salesperson in his cubicle talking and laughing with another co-worker, knowing he had an appointment with me. I go to his cubicle and the first thing he said was can I have your license, not hello, how are you doing and acted as if he had an attitude because I broke up his little party. I kindly asked for my license back and as I'm leaving out the door the manager says, so you're just going to leave with an attitude.

Great GSM, but an even greater human bean.

Great GSM, but an even greater human bean. Pretty sure we were best buds in a past life—maybe samurai, maybe sandwich artists. Either way, I’d 100% buy another car from this legend. If you walk into the store and find yourself in his tiny but mighty hands, congratulations—you’ve won the dealership lottery.

Out of all the car dealerships I've been to in my life,

Out of all the car dealerships I've been to in my life, Heritage Jeep Dodge Ram in Owings mills has been the best experience yet! Gregg and Bradford went through the weeds and painstakingly searched their inventory to find the perfect Jeep to fit my need, styling, and finance. They found a gorgeous Wrangler Sahara and I couldn't be happier. When it came to buying, Tony walked me through everything and made the process as painless as could be! The entire team is professional, diligent, and incredibly personal. Creating such a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in a dealership always seems to be the goal, but these three far exceeded a business model and have set the new standard! I highly encourage anyone to go to them and let them get you into the vehicle of your dreams!

So,like most,my good lady hates having to take her car

So,like most,my good lady hates having to take her car for service,I often try and do that for her,but could not on this occasion,As I am all about customer care(been force fed this in the industry I choose to work),I expect 3 things, Professionalism,Quality Service.Fair pricing.Heritage Jeep,Owings Mills,hit all 3 markers.My wife advised me that her Service Advisor was phenomenal,her name is Lejuan Robinson,who was,according to my good lady,was upbeat,friendly, professional and kept my wife informed at all times,the customer lounge has been dramatically updated making a very nice,relaxing wait area.The Techs actually working on vehicles were rapid in their turnaround on customer vehicles,yet all work completed on my wife’s car was faultless.Big Kudos to Heritage Jeep for maintains a high standard for a long time,as noted in previous reviews when I wanted ALL fluids changed on my Jeep.Well done Heritage,well done Lejuan for your representation of your company.

I had the pleasure of working with Joelle and Gregg, they

I had the pleasure of working with Joelle and Gregg, they were great! Joelle made me feel comfortable with getting everything I needed to complete the sale. It was an unexpected purchase, but my transmission went up and I needed a reliable vehicle asap. I spoke with Gregg and I told him I wanted a Honda Civic but that was not available for what I needed in my price range so Gregg said not to worry he will find me something that I would like and in my price range. Well, Gregg did not disappoint, he found me a 2021 Honda CRV EX. Better than what I expected, I was so pleased. I want too also state that I had no way of getting to the dealership and they offered to come and get me from my home which is about an 1hr and 15-minute drive. Joelle was the one who actually came to pick me up which was great, we had a very nice conversation on the way back to the dealership. I would so recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a friendly, welcoming, no-hassle experience. Everyone that I met there was professional but very nice. Thank you again Joelle and Gregg!!!

I would love to give Chris and Anthony 5 stars. I could if this review ended after the purchase. I purchased a vehicle on 3/27/25 and it is now 4/8/25. I have been owed a second key and have been told it is being taken care of. We will let you know after we check with Keyway, who makes our keys. I have emailed and called over half a dozen times.I still have no definitive answer just the same, I’ll check with my sales manager and call you back. Without two keys certain functions do not work on the truck. Very disappointing from an otherwise great experience. BBB review it is. Customer satisfaction and reviews matter. Fulfill what the contract says and provide my second key. It states “owe customer a key” when you delivered it. I have fulfilled my part now do yours. 4/12/25 Chris and Anthony have come through! I appreciate that they acknowledged the issue, apologized, and most importantly corrected it. True test for a dealership is would you purchase from them again. Yes I would.
