Thank you for your nice service when I wanted it. I called around 11 am And was able to get a appointment at 2 pm on the same day. Car looked like new after the service and car wash and dry. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I arrived at 4 pm and was driving my new vehicle home at 6 pm. An all around great experience from pricing to the Customer service. I will definitely recommend Grainger Nissan to everyone, as well as return for my next vehicle purchase.

The whole staff was very friendly, many employees not helping us directly still greeted us and made us feel at home. The whole process went very quickly and smoothly.

Fast was given a two hour time for service but it was done way before the time i was given great customer service as well

I had several negative experiences with another Nissan service center in the Savannah area, but I did not face these issues here. I came in as an unscheduled drop in without an appointment and was still taken care of in an expedient manner with quality work performed. I have my oil changed and tires rotated with and was told my vehicle would be ready at 9:45 A.M. as I arrived at 8:30 A.M. and my vehicle was completed with a multiple point inspection and car wash at 9:10 A.M. I strongly urge other Nissan owners to have their vehicles serviced at Grainger Nissan of Savannah over Vaden Nissan.

Very professional and everyone was super friendly and they keep in touch with you during the entire process. What a pleasure in comparison to the previous facility I used in the past, Grainger Nissn employees truly care.
