BEST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER

I couldn't have had a better experience. By far the best experience I've had with any car dealership. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. If a place wants to make a deal, they will make sure it happens just as this place did. GMC Buick Autonation not only helped with one vehicle but with two. We now have two amazing, reliable vehicles in my family. They made sure that we were leaving with something we wanted and could afford. I will definitely refer my friends and family when they are in need a vehicle. Thank you so much for everything.

Excellent Service

GMC and Craig Dinkelman provided excellent service. Upon dropping my car off, I was offered a shuttle ride home, without asking, in lieu of waiting two hours for my husband. Craig was knowledgeable and helpful in determining my vehicle's issues. He did not encourage me to complete unnecessary repairs, and was adamant about determining the root of the problem. The only downside was that my car was not washed when I picked it up, but Craig apologized and offered to either wash it then or for me to bring it back for a wash at a more convenient time. I greatly appreciated the ease of my experience.

The team of Joe Fiorillo and Marc were out standing They both knew their business and had a good grasp of the product. I WOULD NOT HESITAT TO GO THEM AGAIN! Auto Nation almost lost me when I had to deal with Eric he was at best arrogant and combative,I after dealing with him started to look at other dealers in town and in Utah and Calif. Your Finance person,Angela was also helpful and professional

Most dishonest and deceitful dealership I have ever dealt wi

Most self-serving and/or incompetent service we have ever seen. 25 Sept 2014 bought tires, they performed their “multipoint Vehicle inspection/income generation inspection” Was told that breaks were nearing failure, needed to repair. Had breaks inspected by two other shops, have over 50% breaks left. Again on 25 Sept 2014 asked Autonation GMC to look at emergency break as it would not engage. From Autonation GMC and I quote “Inspection found brake pedal broken” and Autonation GMC said they could fix it for about $579.00. Did not let them fix the “broken” break. 2 Sept, 2015, asked Imperial Auto Center to look at emergency break. Installed a drop of lubricant on latch, works fine now. Installed after market tail lights on Yukon and could not get these lights to work. Took to Autonation GMC to find where I had error. Was told that the lights were defective and charged me $265.00. Their work did not settle with me so I inspected the system and found two fuses were blown out. Replaced fuses, tail lights work perfect. Autonation GMC refunded me my money. This dealership should not be allowed to even inspect a vehicle. They are there for one purpose, rip off the customer, no matter what, get their money by deceit and dishonesty. I have the Autonation GMC invoices to prove the above statements.

Great service

The battery on our 2014 Buick Lacrosse became defective. Took the car to the dealership. Craig got us right in. Had the battery replaced, did the service on our car and had us back out the door in less than two hours.
