Unacceptable used car experience.
Bought a 2015 Ford Edge from Don Vance Jeep in June 2022 (approximately 3,000 miles ago). Now Don Vance Ford says we need a new engine to the tune of approximately $7,000. They say they changed the engine oil, but the oil dipstick is seized in the engine and they didn’t put a oil change sticker on the windshield. My fault for not checking on that. I would not recommend this dealership for any business. They’re not even willing to help me out with a trade in without discounting their offer by the full price of a new engine
