I was greeted by Gustavo immediately upon arrival.

I was greeted by Gustavo immediately upon arrival. No waiting! He was very courteous and friendly throughout. Louis was as well, he overheard me say I had a coupon and went out of his way to find it for me! Gustavo helped me figure out what service I needed without trying to upsell me. Overall outstanding customer service! Give those guys a raise!!

It was good.

It was good. The service on my car was done when they said it would be. I just had a slight issue with retrieving my key for my car. The cashier said they would bring it forward and i saw that they did but the key was not in the car. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to wait outside or inside. I asked someone for help and was informed that the cashier likely had it and she did. I think more clarification on retrieving the key would be helpful

Took money and slapped a bandage and no concern on fixing

Took money and slapped a bandage and no concern on fixing or solving issues after 1st or 2nd return for same issue. Loud Audible pop and shift sound on suspension. Was told loose bumper and paid the diagnostic fee. Returned second time and still issue after tightening bolts no fix or concern to find problem

I discovered rodent damage on a car I purchased there and

I discovered rodent damage on a car I purchased there and had to return to have repairs done. I wish I did not have to return for repairs on damage done prior to my purchase. It was covered under warranty
