I was satisfied with the initial service, but the dealership didn’t give me the only piece of paper I needed—-the orange certificate that stated the recall work had been done. Thus, when I went to the DMV in Lodi (near my farm) to get my car registered, I was unable to complete the registration. I had to drive back to the dealership in Davis and request the orange certificate! This should automatically happen at the completion of the recall. Unfortunately, this took from Friday until Tuesday and resulted in an $80 late penalty for being one day overdue!

I never met Raymundo.
I never met Raymundo. I worked exclusively with Brandon Solorio. He was great. He is very knowledgeable about the inventory was able to answer any questions that I had. When the answer was “I don’t know “ he went and found out. It was a pleasure to work with him.

I was very disappointed the service visit did not include

I was so impressed with Shawn from service on the phone I came from the Bay Area to have my “new used” Lexus serviced. He was wonderful at explaining what needed to be done and why. Angel Salgado the porter drove me to my parents home while my car was worked on. He was very friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with the service and will share my positive experience with friends. Thank you for a great experience!!
