Another Great experience with John in Service

Another Great experience with John in Service. He always delivers stellar customer service. He explains everything clearly and gives us different options. We took our C350 in for the A service this time and it was done in record time. As an aside, whoever does the car wash and internal cleaning should get a raise. Excellent.

We went to for CPO , went home with brand new GLE

My sedan was rear ended, totaled and I was severely injured. Weeks later me and my decided that if we ever buy a vehicle again it should be SUV. We narrowed our search to 3 makes and we picked GLE 350. We are very happy that we picked this vehicle. With its quality, performance beauty and above all its MERCEDES BENZ is second to none. Also we give our great thanks to Cookie Ackley for working hard for us from day 1 until we drove this baby off their lot. She worked so hard also for the discount from the MSRP. How much? My lips are sealed.

Exceptional Service Experience!

Brought in my 2012 Mercedes-Benz C250 coupe and was seen by my service advisor John. He was extremely helpful and honest. This was my first time bringing my vehicle in to this location. I will definitely be coming here from here on out! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Exceptional dealership

We live in California, finally found the Mercedes we have been looking for at Fletcher Jones in Las Vegas.. our 4 th Mercedes.. Joseph greeted us, took us for a test drive.. remarkable car..fell in love with her!! Financing with Doris was a breeze, Maxine was a sweetheart, Jolene was exceptional in explaining everything we needed to know about our car! Be Careful When Dealing With Fletcher Jones

I returned my lease and upgraded my car. Chris Monzo told me my bill would be a certain price. When I got home my bill was $800 more than he told me. When I tried reaching out to him about the issue he ignored my calls along with General Manager Steve Kaplan. Would not recommend this dealership.
