Came in searching for a 1st vehicle for my 16 year old

Came in searching for a 1st vehicle for my 16 year old son. Found a nice 2013 F-150 and took it for a drive, inspected it throughout and everything checked out. The salesman was really nice. I asked to have the battery terminals cleaned up as they were corroded but that didn't happen. I bought the vehicle after trading my good running Toyota Sequoia in and things were going good. They handed me the keys and I got in and drove away. I realized this is the first time I've bought a vehicle from a dealership where they didn't wash the vehicle or fill it up with fuel before leaving. Oh well, right. I live 4 hours away and made a trip up on my day off. About an hour into my drive the vehicle started having major engine power issues. I texted the salesman to let him know and he never responded, even after a few days. I got the vehicle home and did some research and replaced spark plugs and boots, cleaned the battery terminals, replaced the bent up air filter and that didn't work. Took the vehicle to a local mechanics shop and their diagnosis showed I needed a new transmission. They said the fluid wad black and gritty. So I had them order a new transmission. The transmissions on these newer vehicles are sealed so I couldn't check it at the dealership but figured they would have had it checked with their mechanic before selling it. I was wrong. The dealership said if I towed the vehicle back to them, they could probably save me some money for them to fix it. My local mechanic has already ordered the new transmission and I'm not gonna put him out to take the vehicle all the way back to Longmont. With that being said, I do not recommend Victory Motors unless you don't care if you buy a vehicle that runs or not.

Salesman didn't know anything about the car we were

Salesman didn't know anything about the car we were looking at but claimed that it had a multipoint inspection and passed with flying colors. It clearly did not with cracks in the windshield, split windshield wipers, hail damage, sand in the air intake, bumper damage and 5 yo tires with at least 50k miles. They didn't even want to replace the wiper blades, until I showed them that they were completely split apart. They also claimed that the hail damage disclosure was just a "blanket statement" and don't worry about it. This dealership gives all used car dealerships a bad due to poor business practices.

Dealership clearly listing a rollback mileage vehicle

Dealership clearly listing a rollback mileage vehicle from vehicle report at 150k 10 years ago, and listing it at 60k mileage with a premium price to reflect it. Do not trust anything from this dealership with these sort of practices.

Air conditioner did not work on the car and was told "too

Air conditioner did not work on the car and was told "too late" you already negotiated. I was told we would get a full tank of gas upon delivery. My son almost ran out of gas on the way home because we didn't verify...Be careful! Check everything. Don't trust they will do it, verify it!

Bought car and had problem as soon as I left.

Bought car and had problem as soon as I left. Called and was told they would see what they could do. No follow through and got the run around. Integrity is not at this dealership. Do not trust them and get a preinspection by separate mechanic before you buy. Be careful. I would not reccomend to anyone.

Very professional and straightforward.

Very professional and straightforward. The truck lacked A/C so that was a non-starter, but there was no pressure to make a sale. I would do business with them if another Mazda B2200/2600 with AC and decent miles shows up there.
