Great answers to my questions, all though the prices are to high, and it was pretty quick

I was assigned to Harrison Lao as adviser by whoever answered my call , but when I arrived, Harrison was not there. I was told he was on vacation. I was assigned to Leo then. Besides oil change and wheel alignment ( which I really don't think is needed for a brand new 2 year old car) I told Leo about the AC not blowing on the rear seat. He said he will check it...but he did not. It took 2 hours for just oil change and wheel alignment
