Horrible customer service. Got my first car in March of 2023. I only had my car less than 20 days and it had already given me issues with the engine.

I'm happy with my car. The service was awesome,my concerns were met. I would gladly tell others about Elite . They make car shopping convenient and stress free

Michael D. Purchased a mazda3 from this dealer. I noticed after driving the mazda a couple of days there was a problem with the steering of the mazda3 and I brought it to their attention. I made several trips to their shop while they replaced parts to fix and correct the problem with the vehicle. ( The problem still exist). I found out later the front wheel bearing is bad. I called Elite auto sales and was told someone from service would call me back. ( Never received a call back). Very disappointed with the outcome to resolve the problem with the vehicle. I paid $7500 for the car plus $250 for a set of tires from them. I was also told I got what I paid for ($7500) not a nine or twelve thousand dollar car. The staff at Elite auto sales has great customer service., but my issue and the problem with the mazda3 was never resolve.

Tommy was looking for a technician Was reluctant to show me work environment. Said he would call one way or the other. The man never returned my call. Common courtesy says, if you found someone else you don't leave someone else hanging.

Cannot say enough good things about these folks. The buying experience was easy, thorough, and clear. I had a few issues after buying the car (missing owner's manual and jack) which they immediately responded by saying, "No worry, we will make it right; ordering both and having them shipped directly to your house." Their customer service is the best I have ever seen. Highly recommend them for anyone's next vehicle. Great job

Brian Mitchell made it happen for me at a very critical time. He went to bat for me and I couldn't believe my ears that day he called with the good news. Brian Mitchell should run for president. All the staff seemed to go to bat for me. Awesome people at Elite and especially Brian Mitchell !

Just bought a Jeep Compass yesterday. It is an awesome car and great price, low miles. It drives like new. Elite answered all my questions, let me take time test driving and deciding. I looked at 7 Jeep Compass and they were best price with lowest miles. A special thanks to finance manager who got me a low rate and answered all my husbands questions.
