My experience with Fairway Chevrolet is what I believe to be borderline fraud. I sold my truck to Fairway 30 days ago and still have not been paid for my vehicle. I was initially told it would take two weeks. I was asked to wait a third week which wasn't a problem for me because thank god I'm not in desperate need of the money as many Americans are with all of the havoc COVID has created. It is now 30 days later which is a problem at this point as I put a deposit down on another vehicle and have not lived up to my time sensitive obligations with the seller. Today I was lied to and treated as if I was a villain for coming in and requesting my money that is clearly with no uncertain terms owed to me. I offered to pay them by cash, cashiers check or bank wire the small amount of funds they paid to pay off my vehicle and to just return my vehicle with a no harm, no foul mindset. To which I was told "We'll sell you your vehicle back" You can't sell me a vehicle that you never fully paid me for in the first place. I googled my VIN Number and saw traces of the for sale listing of my Truck, it appears they have actually sold it, again I am not 100% sure if they have but I do not see it on their lot nor on their website, only what appears to be an outdated listing for it on Google linking me to their website. At this point I have no idea when they will pay me, where my truck is and don't know where the 18,000.00 dollars that is owed to me is. This is the type of dealership this is. Up until this point my experiences have been very pleasant, if you are in need of a car or truck Jose Sandoval is the guy to see. He will do his best to get you in what you want and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase! If you need your vehicle serviced, Brandon Paquin in the service department is a very honest and reliable service agent who gives straight answers to your questions and gets the job done in a timely manner. If you are looking to sell your vehicle it is my recommendation that you save yourself some aggravation and go somewhere else, AS IN ANYWHERE ELSE! This is my true experience and not a representation of anyone else's experience.

Over Charged with Hidden Fees at Service Dept
Brought vehicle in for AC check. Said needed new ac compressor. Bill came out to $1740. They charged $1343 to install 300 part. Said they used a flat fee from a book on how long it is supposed to take. Never told me. No labor rates posted in the service area. Never informed by a service advisor this was their labor method. Other times I paid way less for labor rates. Their fee for the 5-6 hours comes out to $223 an hour!!!!!!! Stay away. Get written estimate. Ask what their rates are. Deceiving to customers.

Great Place! ask for ULI
I love this dealership, mostly uli! Uli has sold my family 3 cars now this being the 3rd and every time has been a breeze we don’t spend HOURS here I told him what I came in looking for and told him my situation with credit and what I owed on the trade and he steered me in the right direction showing me plenty of options, he’s a no pressure sales guy that tells you straight forward and I really like that , I walked out about 3 hours later with a new 2020 equinox and love it! As far as the dealership I have brought my car here for all of the maintenance and everyone has been nice and very efficient with getting me in and out in no time! If you’re looking at a GM vehicle come check it out and ask for uli! 20/20 recommend! And thanks again ULI you’re the man!

Wow Amazing Customer Service, from the moment I call to ask if I could bring my GMC in for emergency repair Virginia Moten, made me feel like I was valued, respected and welcomed, I met with Haley and she welcomed me and assisted me with my truck. She was very knowledgeable, Friendly and personable. My service didn’t take as long as I expected and the repair was even less than I expected to pay and all with a smile. Thanks for helping to repair my main work transportation quickly and efficiently, the tech person did a wonderful job. Quick. Thank you again and see you next time! 😊

Shame on fairway Chevrolet
I really like the car it gets great gas mileage but I was subject to a recall took the car in for a recall unauthorized repairs was done to my car had to take it back for five times was accused of trying to get free work done to my car by the manager my master service advisor was less than truthful about a lot of things couldn't get a rental car because I'm an Uber driver wanted me to use my extended warranty to correct work that he did that was unauthorised and it messed up my vehicle won't ever be going back there again

Brandon sold me a car that was claimed to have 2 keys. Only 1 worked. The other key was for a different vehicle. Given run around. Want to be reimbursed for cost of 2nd key. BBB complaint 90165347 In addition the finance department is either impotent, scammers, or both. Purchased a vehicle with my own finance. They submitted paper work incorrectly twice. After getting mailed a check they claim to have never received it. REFUSED TO GIVE ME PAPER WORK TO REGISTER VEHICLE. Forced me to drive unregistered. Forced me to call finance company to re-issue check. Only one problem... THEY ALREADY CASHED THE FIRST CHECK! Trying to get finance company to re-issue check scamming me and not providing needed paper work. Avoid at all costs

Last Saturday I went in for a simple oil change waited for over two hours. I came home started detailing the truck and decide to check the oil level come to find oil that look like coffee. Oil or filter had not been changed wish I could post a picture of the oil I personally drained out. After three vehicles we have bout here that's the appreciation we received sad
I am an Active Duty member of the military and I was completely satisfied with the service I received in purchasing my Chevy Silverado! I appreciate all the help in making sure that I was getting the best bang for my Buck and meeting my family needs as well. The staff was amazing especially Thurston (my sales guy) & Zach (I hope that's his name) who was very courteous and knowledgeable of the vehicle I expressed interest in. Thank you all!
