Used Car Saleman Jamire A.

Used Car Saleman Jamire A. Davis was dishonest in the purchase of my 2015 Tahoe. He informed me the vehicle was inspected "twice" for defects prior to my purchase. It took over a week to close the deal, but Davis "DID NOT" disclose the vehicle had a broken engine mount and bad rear air shock. The inspection report was the "VERY LAST" document he presented after the deal was financed and closed. This information should have been disclosed when asked about the condition of the vehicle. The deal had been concluded, so I drove the vehicle from the sales lot directly to the service department and paid for the replacement of the engine mount. The replacement of the air shock was completed outside the dealership. One star is an over rating for Saleman Davis!

Very dishonest dealer.

Very dishonest dealer. I contacted them about a new car and discussed the vehicle that they had in stock. Once I told them I had a discount code....as a GM supplier they did not want to sell me a car. They only want to sell at or above MSRP.

Decepive practices

I would advise not negotiating with them in person. They don't put the prices on their cars because they will tell you a higher price than what they advertise online. So you start negotiating at an inflated price. And they want to pull your credit. And I would not deal with Jordan. She never wants to give you a decent deal. Could be the whole dealership but all i know is not to deal with her. I asked to see a specific car and she told me it was on the lot. But of course it wasn't there when I made the drive to see it. And also lied about their actual advertised price that was $22,500 and said it was $25,000

one of the worst chat experiences ever. Her name was Jessica. She did not answer my questions and only gave a stock answer. you cannot ask a direct question. they will not answer. they will only have someone get back to you.

John O’Neil who handles the Fleet Department sales goes above and beyond for his clients! I was in jam this AM with one of our new trucks and he was able to get us situated and back on the road in a couple hours. Customer service like this is what keeps me coming back to the Isuzu team!

Worst car wash in town

The car wash is the worst in town. Hardly ever open, then When it is it doesn’t drive your vehicle so you end up with water spots all over your vehicle. He charged me $600 for the stupid concierge package and all I get in return is the worst car wash for life - g thanks
