Emailed about a used truck and the salesperson did pics

Emailed about a used truck and the salesperson did pics and videos within 5 minutes of talking to them-unbelievable! From Michigan so don’t know if I’ll but here, but definitely a fast response and friendly service!

Looking to change this 1 to a 5 star hopefully after

Looking to change this 1 to a 5 star hopefully after Monday when my next appointment is. It's a 1 now because I still haven't heard back from the Service Manager Martin after leaving both email and voice-mails. Not shocked. Virginia is always helpful but she is constantly doing damage control. This dealership is operated without a General Manager so that may be part of the issue.

Buyer beware!!

Trying to put a truck on hold with $1000 down and they want to run my credit. I told them that I can show proof of cash to purchase it and my outside financing open line of credit to purchase vehicles to show I am a real buyer. They said they would only hold it if they ran my credit. I also told them I have 800 credit score and I might use their 0% financing but they still won’t sell me a car. This is a predatory way to try and suck you into their financing up sell process and only sell cars to people that they can scam!

Bring the car here at service department for them to

Bring the car here at service department for them to check the excessive rear end play of my Dad’s 2022 GMC Canyon. Service advisor Cera Oakley get the car and she said they will let me know the issue after 2 days what they can find on the truck. We took an uber home because they dont even have a shuttle cars available here. 15 after we drop of the truck to them they already calling my Dad and said there is nothing wrong with it. They dont even test drive the car due to time limit. So after 2 day they called us and asking us to pick up the truck. There are no repair done with the truck because they said they cannot duplicate the noise and the excessive movement of the wheel is normal. Wow! BeCareful bringing the car here people. Lazy and unprofessional from the manager Martin Gonzalez to the people under him🤬😡

On 6-8-22 my check engine light came on 2012 chevy

On 6-8-22 my check engine light came on 2012 chevy surburban,. I went to auto zone and was giving code P0307. I took it to the Sahara dealership like I always do and spoke to Allen and advised him that I need my spark plugs replaced and oil change. He quoted me 200-300 dollars. Later on I call and check on my car and im on hold while he is texting me that he was on the phone with warranty company. Im confused because I didnt have a warranty. In the past I did when they did some expensive repairs 2 years ago. He called me back and advised me that my total would be 1400 because I needed a engine clean and something else. I told him no please do the repairs that I requested. Allen advised me that not getting those extra repairs would not fix the problems. When I arrived back to the dealership my car was complete and I got in my car and the check engine light was still on. I went back inside to talk to allen and he took my truck to the back. He walked over to me and told me it was a faulty spark plug. I dont understand why the mechanic didnt check the engine light to make sure it was off. Then how just for oil change and spark plug replacement cost ,e $525.41. Im starting to believe that the mechanic and your service people are clearly working together to cheat people out of money. I was very upset at the service I received on this day, And Allen even trashed the paper I gave him from auto zone instead of asking if I needed it back. Poor service and robbery

Why schedule oil change appointment and be told upon arrival 15 minutes early, the wait time is 2 hours????

I negotiated a deal in writing on a new vehicle that was in transit. Estimated to arrive December 24 th. The truck took longer to arrive, over 2 months, but the general manager honored the original trade in value offer. I was treated fairly.

For me, 4 stars is a pretty good rating. I wouldn't say the experience wasn't up to par. I understand that it took longer than expected for the vehicle to arrive, but overall the dealership did what the could for me, and it worked out fine.

Stay away from service

Mark the fleet guy worst customer service ever and lies, Scott the guy behind him all bad guy claims to be a manager but when it’s time to manage and show customers service he is far form it, stay away form there service department these two guys seem to think they know it all, and if you disagree with what they say all they have no problem to treat you like you don’t matter.
