Very professional young lady we were looking for a new

I bought a used car from the dealership.

I bought a used car from the dealership. The sales experience was great. The salesperson Priceline was good at communication but as soon as the purchase agreement was signed I have been ghosted completely. It's been 2 weeks. My temporary registration is about to expire and I still do not have any paperwork to get my registration of my vehicle started. I have tried reaching out to the dealership, the finance manager, Steve or Bryce but so far I have not heard back anything. Hoping this post and review will get some traction

We went to test drive the Cadillac Optiq on Thursday and Morgan was the sales person who helped us. She was great! I hate dealing with pushy sales people but she was very helpful without being pushy. She was also very responsive after the purchase, as we had some questions about the operation of the auto. Morgan is very helpful, courteous and responsive to our calls and questions. Thank you Morgan!

We wanted to test drive a car on Saturday.

We wanted to test drive a car on Saturday. I don’t like salespeople in general, as so many are annoying! However, a responsive, kind, and very likable woman approached us. Morgan was good at listening, very respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and fun! We drove off the dealership with our new Optiq! Between Morgan and Ronnie (the finance guy), it was a dream experience! I would recommend Findlay Cadillac to anyone who will listen! If you visit, look for Morgan! She is the best!

Joe at Findlay did a great job servicing my XT5. Key to me, outside of competent mechanics, is good communication. Joe followed up throughout the maintenance to keep me apprised of status. He also worked hard at keeping my bill as low as possible - greatly appreciated!
