Don't Go to Gaudin Ford
Terrible service department. Everyone work independently and passes the buck which makes for a terrible experience. They all make excuses for their incompetence. Bad Bad experience. I would never recommend anyone go here

Highly satisfied with the Sales and Financing team
Jacob and Igor in Sales, Tony in Financing, and Ryan in Service were the reason we ended up purchasing a brand new 2022 Ford Explorer Limited with all the bells and whistles we needed, but more importantly, the long term care and maintenance our vehicle will require over the years. This peace of mind is priceless. Their knowledge, kindness and professionalism met our expectations throughout the entire process. We love our new Explorer and hope to buy a Ford F150 from Team Gaudin in the near future. Thank you guys. You are awesome!

If I could give a lower then 1 star I would. Terrible customer service. They could care less about their customers. I would never recommend Gaudin Ford. Never have we received such terrible service.

Never coming back to buy a car again
Igor and staff were very helpful at first but after buying the car they don?t seem to care anymore. I called to ask for a copy of carfax and was told that they?ll tell finance and give me a call. Next day I called and asked for the sales guy Igor who sold us the car. I voiced some concerns about the coolant and oil that?s only measuring half and that when we checked the air filters it looks dirty and the hood is dirty with some dry leaves. He just keep saying they check all the cars that they sell. I asked if I can come back and let them check and replied with irritated voice that I can go somewhere else to get it checked because it was already checked when they bought the car in the dealership. I asked for the carfax report and he said he will email it to me but never received it. I ended up paying online to get the full carfax report of the car. Never again will go back in this dealership. The other thing was he didn?t even give us time when we came and picked up the car. He was busy and just handed the keys and said it?s good to go. Car doesn?t even looks like they really took time to make it look nice and really clean for the new owner.

Bought this 2015 Ford Edge from Martin radek at Gaudin
Bought this 2015 Ford Edge from Martin radek at Gaudin Ford after 7 days I realized somebody reset all the codes on the engine to make my car seem perfect and make it look like nothing was wrong. Out of no where 7 check engine light codes appeared. You expect this from a car lot on Boulder Highway not here . Nobody from the dealership could help me they gave me the run around all day and told me it would be over 2k to fix my car like new.

My first purchase with Gaudin went smooth, not so for the second. I ordered a Mustang Mach-E and placed a $500 deposit on the car. I started to get suspicious when the dealer stopped returning my calls and emails. After approximately 7 months, I contacted Ford corporate and was told the my car had been sold TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. My wife and I just had a baby and really needed the car. Please be very careful when dealing with Gaudin as it appears that they place profit ahead of doing right by their customer.

I had an excellent experience at Gaudin Ford when I ordered and purchased my new vehicle. Kyle was very helpful and always available when I had questions. My new Ford Escape arrived much earlier than expected, which was fantastic. I highly recommend Gaudin Ford!
