There are great people that work here, however one

There are great people that work here, however one person, Tyler, service center supervisor, really put a downer on the good vibes today. Not only did he lie to me about being able to patch my tire, but we saw him vaping in the back area too. It was very unprofessional of him. Needs more professionalism and customer service training!

I'd like to say that we were treated with a lot of respect by Roger Asel, Honda representative. He was very professional, and outstanding in his knowledge of all we asked. He made us feel at ease, very home welcomed and very, very kind. We give him a 10+. Thank you.

Jimere best employee very professional in service

Jimere best employee very professional in service department. Except the sales department management all lazy people all chatting personal stuff while we are waiting for 6 hours for trade or lease results from them to Jose the manager and we end of applying in TESLA And got the approval within 3 minutes while we are waiting from sales department. Unbelievable how this management let go a good customers just like that easily they probably don’t care if they can get sale or not. If they really want to sell they will take it seriously and not wasted our time waiting for 6 hrs until we give up because we see them just chatting we don’t know what is the wait for 6 hrs if TESLA can give decision right away. So disappointed we love Honda but this branch is unbelievable
