In a time when every dealership is absolutely taking

In a time when every dealership is absolutely taking advantage of the shortage of new vehicles on the market due to the chip issues, this one is not. Honestly, transparency, and a fair deal, in a challenging market is what has won me over as a customer that will recommend them time and time again. They realize that creating a lasting customer is far more important and valuable than burning everyone in the temporary market to jump on a crisis. Ask for Leon, he was great.

I had a dying battery problem and I was able to get an

I had a dying battery problem and I was able to get an appointment the same day via their web interface. What a win for me . . . normally I would have expected to have failed on setting an appointment on the web and be forced to call and personally request the 'urgent' service.' I had to use the dealer because it was a life time AutoNation performance part. They came through and replaced the battery. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and they took my car during the appointment time and turn around while I waited was quick.

Failure to accept a check for the amount of purchase

Failure to accept a check for the amount of purchase almost killed the deal. I have paid for many cars and homes with a check and never had the check questioned. An advance warning would have been helpful. Andres was great and the reason the deal was completed.
