I have loved Bill Pierce Honda from the moment I
I have loved Bill Pierce Honda from the moment I purchased my car. Yes, I love my Honda Civic, but I truly appreciate the staff from the sales staff, the body department team that went above and beyond when my car had a warranty touch up on the paint. Not only did my car return looking like new with a full detail inside and out but my windshield always looked grainy with small pits and a blemish from a rock. I had a new windshield!!! I couldn’t have been more surprised or pleased. When I take my car in for any reason, they do a full point inspection and I feel confident it is in top shape when I leave. Special shout out to the service department who are always very friendly, professional and always in communication regarding updates on my car. Kyle, Sal, Rich, Lisa, Shuttle drivers, and anyone I may have missed. Thank you Thank you Thank you! You are all the best. I will always recommend Bill Pierce Honda to all my friends and family!

I bought a brand new 2023 Honda Ridgeline from Bill
I bought a brand new 2023 Honda Ridgeline from Bill Pearce Honda in January 2023. While that sales process was as acceptable as any car buying experience can really be, I found myself returning with a service issue after about 8 months. In short, the vehicle had developed a malfunction that left it vulnerable to unauthorized access or theft due to a problem with the lock/unlock functionality. I asked for immediate assistance in addressing this issue. However, the dealership service personnel basically just shrugged of my concerned (despite acknowledging the very real issue and safety/security threat) and said that the best they could do was to schedule an appointment a week in the future (or leave the vehicle with them for an indeterminate amount of time in the event that maybe they could get too it sooner... which would still leave me without a vehicle for an undetermined amount of time).

They will hang you out to dry JUST out of warranty
I'm going to have to retract my earlier review of Bill Pearce Honda, and of Honda Corporation. I always enjoyed visiting their service department, and I had every single maintenance service and repair completed by them, on my 2018 CRV that I bought from them new. A couple months out of the warranty it started throwing error codes. The service department told me that they would need to replace multiple parts, even though only one of them would fix the issue, and that they had to do that because Honda told them to. They don't actually know what the issue is, nor did they try to figure that out. They just looked up a code in a computer and started replacing parts, and I have to pay. They are not willing to budge even one iota on these repairs, even though they are a known manufacturing defect, and the repair tech told me to keep my receipts, because they are covering the repairs for Ridgeline and Pilot customers, and they MIGHT cover it for CRVs. Someday. The part they replaced first was the HVAC CPU, and now they want to replace the fuel injectors. Those parts are not even tangentially related, and they can't explain why they would both need to be replaced for the same issue. They just keep saying over and over, Honda corporate made us do it, every car manufacturer is like this. Saying "everybody is a piece of crap, and so we are too", is not as convincing of an argument as they think it is.

Bill Pearce Honda was like a balm on an endlessly painful car buying experience. After being screwed over by an online dealer (Vroom), I was ready to drive my current car until the wheels fell off (at 150k miles, that would be soon). I happened to find the same car I'd been trying to purchase from Vroom, but two years newer and only a little more expensive. I'd had to unwind my previous deal when they lost the vehicle for a week, and a month later I was still waiting for delivery. With BPCH, I found the vehicle, sent an inquiry, and was approved about an hour later. I drove down after work, took a test drive, and was out of their finance office, keys in hand, within two hours. Darrick was friendly, courteous, and as transparent as possible. Thank you for helping to restore my faith in people and giving me as painless an experience as a car buying venture can be!

Okay place unless you need something complicated.
I bought a used truck from this dealership. It didn't suit my needs. I made a mistake that I tried to rectify in one week's time. I was happy to spend MORE (by a third) money on a different vehicle. They tried to hammer me for thousands of dollars in what I thought was unfair pricing. And, they made me wait almost an hour for an unsatisfying conclusion.

I brought my 2016 Honda HRV in for an oil change on 11/12/19, but I had other concerns about tire rotation, etc. Betty was very personable and knowledgeable about my situation, and explained the 10K mile service to me. It was exactly the type of service I needed and she also made sure to send another employee over to the waiting room to speak to me about a possible trade in. All of my questions were answered and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Treated me with respect
This is the first car I purchased on my own after being married for years. Ryan Hill was my salesman and made the process very warm and fuzzy. The mysterious person the salespeople leave to go talk to took the time to come out and introduce himself. His name was Bud and he took the time to explain warranty options BEFORE I went in and signed papers. A big intimidating looking guy but he sat down and and was very sweet to me and didn't make me feel rushed. Oscar did my paperwork and discounted my extended warranty so I could afford the payment. After all of this, Ryan spent another hour with me in the delivery area going over all the features (I am technology challenged). He paired my phone and set all my prefrences like radio stations and seat pre-set.
