We have been to the service center 2 times in less then a week for our brand new car. The tire pressure light has came on since day 1, ended up being a screw. After some talking they put a new tire on our new car and didn't just repair it. We appreciated that.

Our customer service rep (Rich) had kept extensive and detailed notes in his system from past interactions so that when I came in, he knew exactly what our car needed. He was friendly and understanding. Our vehicle is well cared for here!

Good service
The service on my flat tire was excellent. Promises made and promises kept. Unusual in this day but Honda delivered what they promised. My problem was handled in a timely manner. The staff person we worked with was friendly and great.

Radio code retrieval
I do all of my service on my hondas (4) at Bill Pearce. I know it is more expensive than many discount services, but at lease in theory, their mechanics should know how to service Honda's since that is their specialty. My only complaint with The pearce dealership are the games played by sales people. I will drive to Carson to purchase my next Honda. I also think the charge for retrieval of the radio code was excessively high.

Oil Change
Second time meeting the staff and service crew, our first oil change, remembering what was said at the introductory meeting/visit when we first bought our vehicle, give notice to the staff when we are planning to have service done on a vehicle, make an appointment and other tips. We did that, made an appointment, got there a bit early and were promptly take care of, was given a time table for the service to be performed, it was and we were satisfied with our first oil change service, thank you!!

Service for 2016 CRV
We had our 2016 CRV serviced there twice. Nothing but praise. Very thorough and extremely courteous. Not fake plastic or forced, but natural genuine courtesy. We traded in the CRV and now have a 2017 Civic Coupe and we anticipate the same experience with your service Dept. with it.
