I recently took my Honda Odysee in to the "Express

I recently took my Honda Odysee in to the "Express Service" for an oil change and tire rotation. I have used this service in the past with a 1 hour wait at the most. This time it took 2 hrs. If they call it "Express" then it should be! 2 hrs is not "express." I guess you now need to make an appointment to use the "Express Service." It used to be a drive up service.

We do apologize for the recent experience you had with our Express Team. Our customers' time is just as important as the safety of their vehicle when it is returned to you. While we do encourage customers to schedule their services for the guarantee of 45 minutes or less, we also have walk in availability. Unfortunately, there were some unplanned circumstances that led to long wait times for the Express Service, thankfully this is not the norm as I am sure you have experienced with previous visits. I am writing to comment on a client advisor, Wyatt Harrington, who worked with me in making a well-reasoned purchase at Germain Honda. I don't know cars that well and had been advised to consider a Honda CRV. Wyatt was friendly, patient, informative, and was pleasant to work with. Wyatt is smart, articulate, engaging, and was a pleasure to work with. Regarding the dealership, all of the staff I met were friendly and offered to help without my having to ask and I will recommend Germain Honda to anyone who asks me for a recommendation.

Great buying experience from Germain Honda

Drove from NJ to Ann Arbor, Michigan, to purchase a 2016 Infiniti Q70 from Germain Honda. Jason Loren was my sales guy. Jason is the consummate professional. He was always attentive, efficient, thorough, and a true gentleman. I bought the car sight unseen. Jason sent me a detailed video, carfax, copy of original window sticker, and all the information I requested prior to making a decision. The purchase was smooth and pleasant. The Infiniti Q70 is a terrific, quality vehicle that, paired with the excellent service provided by Jason at Germain Honda, made for a fantastic experience."

I wanted to express my appreciation to Hunter Matthews and the great staff at Germain Honda. My wife and I purchased a used vehicle on a Saturday afternoon and to say the least my experience was a 10 out of 10! Hunter was friendly and knowledgeable which made our buying process extremely easy. We brought my wife's 2020 Honda Fit in for service today

We brought my wife's 2020 Honda Fit in for service today because the car required a jump start earlier in the day. Chris O'Lear on the service team brought the car in for service earlier than the scheduled appointment so my wife would not have to wait. They did a thorough evaluation of the battery and determined that it needed replacement (fortunately it was under warranty). After my wife checked out, he texted me to let me know the rest of the electrical system was fine and that the battery replacement resolved the issue. Chris' professionalism and excellent customer service was most appreciated.

Always a Little Extra

I correctly assume the technical competence of the service providers at Germain Honda and you can’t match their friendliness. Because of age and disability, they allowed me to remain in my car for an oil change but denied me the carnival ride with it on the hoist to change the tires. Instead, they picked up and returned the car from my home to provide this service. Their “going the extra mile” in this way has been my experience with them over the years and I an deeply grateful.

Took my car in for service and was very happy with my service advisor, Mike Delaney. He took extra time to explain everything I would need to have done on my visit. Explained why things needed to be done and cost. He listened to my concerns, with current issues I had with my Car. Thank you

Tried reserving and inquiring about accessories added to New Civic Sport; summer 2021. I had initially spoken to Shak in person, with promise. A short while later I had emailed him (as I lived in another city) about reserving a new car and having some things added. He responded incomprehensibly and when I replied to get clarification, I never heard back. There were also failed attempts at calls, and in all I never heard back from anyone. Ended up buying from another dealership.

Not just a Civic -- nothing. New, used, or other. I dont hold the dealership at fault for this but, don't try to PR the reality. "Shak provided follow-through via email all the way through October 2021 which is when we began taking deposits for “On Order Units”. At this time, the timeline did not meet your expectations and you requested not to be contacted further." --> The level of crap in this is astounding. First of all, I contacted Shak in October regarding deposits (which is why I emailed him) and with other questions. There was no "follow-through" before this.... 10.20.21 my initial email 10.21.21 his initial response saying he will look into what's coming in, while not addressing any other questions I had stated. (Later that day - 2nd email from Shak) a list of a couple cars with dates. Still not addressing any questions in my initial email. 10.30.21 Final email overall -- FROM ME --looking for clarifications, after stopping in again (He was not there nor did anyone else try to assist me) and failed calls from the previous week. No replies. No call backs. Not ONCE did I address a "timeline" nor "request" to not be contacted further. If I could give you a negative score I would, especially after this b.s. response to white wash your failings.

Germain is not good

Worst service imaginable, rude, incompetent and uneducated. They will blame you any chance they get. My vehicle was only serviced there, no place else. Their service staff is so incompetent they were not even able file their own service records correctly and i was accused of using "after market parts" as why my spark plug blew my engine out...I also had to replace my brakes twice in less 3000miles, 143,897(1/27/2020)then again at 146,689 (7/10/2020). Carfax is a great thing, it keeps all your records even if your dealership (Germain) can't, it shows everywhere I had service... So to review - their customer service is poor, they will blame you! And there mechanics can't put in a spark plug or change brakes correctly.

My car was not drivable so I had it towed to the...

My car was not drivable so I had it towed to the dealership five days before my actual appointment.They were able to take a look at my vehicle, fix it, and get it back to me four days before my actual appointment. I really appreciated their efforts, especially around the Thanksgiving holiday.
