I asked for an inspection to be done and it didn?t happen. I usually get a report listing the conditions of things, but never got it. I do not look forward to bringing my vehicle in anymore. The staff at the service desk are barely professional. Past couple times I was there they barely communicated to me what was going on with my vehicle. This past time, the inside of my vehicle was more dirty than when I left it. The mechanics don?t wash their hands before touching things like my steering wheel. The stitching isn?t white anymore from last time and it was grimy when put my hands on it this time around. Also, I can tell they left my driver side door open when it was being worked on because there was dust and some white shavings in my vents and down along the inside of my door. I?m upset, and have been for a while with the Ted Britt dealership. I had a really unpleasant interaction with one of the guys in the parts department a couple times back. After three months of dreading it, I finally went back to talk to someone about my situation. The manager who I spoke to called that parts guy in to see if he would work with me, but he didn?t and was rude on top of it. The manager helped me out and made it right. Anyways, it was a bad experience and I lost trust in that dealership after that. Bringing my vehicle in again this past time was just another disappointment. I?m not the one to complain but I felt like I needed to speak up.

Extremely unsatisfied with this dealership. The service department is the most chaotic and unprofessional experience I've ever had. I bought a truck from them, that needed a new rim and paint touch to. After two months of broken promises, no communication unless I showed up on site, and more work being done to the truck I didn't authorize, I ended up canceling the deal. The general manager failed to call me, even after I left several messages, didn't even bother to talk to me the day I showed up to cancel the deal. Even though he was there. This place is doesn't take responsibility for the actions and lack of effort by its employees. Don't bother to buy anything from them. You may or may not have to deal with this pathetic service department.

Jorge, Mark & Jason were so great. Ted Britt Chevrolet has the best group of workers , when it comes to techs , service advisor (Jorge) , Service manager Mark & GM Jason. This group of gentlemen have helped me with any issue I have with out any hesitation. They are there to answer any questions or concerns that I have at any moment with out any hesitations. If something can?t be done they will guide me on the best route to take to make sure I am satisfied. Jorge in specific was there through out the whole process helping me out every step of the way. He would guide me step by step & even show me hands on on how to do a process. They mislead you to make sales
When I was buying the car, I was promised to get a free car charging station installation but that was not true. I also had to go through months of all the issues with even trying to submit my request of charger station installation that was also promised by the Ted Britt sales associate that he will handle the form submission, which was a lie too. On top of that I am still having inconvenience of using electrical car without the charging station at my house for 7 months since I purchased it from the company. Once I was able to submit the installation request, I received an email with an estimate says that I have to pay for the installation because of some conditions that doesn't meet for the installation. But the sale person did not tell me about that there are some condition that needs to meet. He basically tricked me to make the sale by not informing me that there are some limitations. And when I contacted with the company owner he did not take any responsibility of that either. They are not honest people, they provide misleading information just to make sales.

Overpriced Car service
This is the biggest ripoff. They tried to charge me $4500 for new brakes, rotors and struts (front only). I went to Jiffy lube and got everything done for $1800. 90,000 mile service was $1700. So they wanted to charge me close to $6000 for service! Absolute rip off.

Very good repair service
I had repair work done on my car at Ted Britt Chevrolet. I have an older Buick LeSabre. My service advisor is Chris Thomas. I trust his service recommendations. He was able to procure the parts that were needed and kept me informed on the repair work. The repairs were well done and my car is running well now. I highly recommend the Ted Britt Service Department.

Arthur kept us in the loop for the car we wanted and collected needed information to make the transaction quick and smooth. If you are ordering a vehicle to be delivered, then this is the location to have it delivered to. Entirely enjoyable beyond the waiting period (it did come 2 weeks early, yes). Worth the drive and great places to eat right next door.
