I experienced a lack of professionalism from the service advisor. His demeanor was unhelpful, and I felt he was dismissive of my needs. I also observed a disparity in his treatment of customers, noting a more accommodating approach towards a Caucasian individual compared to myself.

I've had nightmares about the sales person, my car buying

I've had nightmares about the sales person, my car buying experience, and the problems following for 4 consecutive nights. Not all problems have been resolved yet. I was misled and lied to by multiple people including managers.
