Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno is the best dealership in all of Northern Nevada for many reasons. To name a few, let’s start with the fact their staff is extremely knowledgeable. They are always kind. They follow through with what they say they are going to do. Not only is the inside of the dealership, immaculate, they make sure the outside is just as clean. I’ve been to dealerships where there are cigarette buds everywhere throughout the parking lot, but not here.! Not at Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno. From the sales department, to the service department, to the parts department, this team is professional beyond measure. This has been the only dealership I recommend in Northern Nevada and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Aaron Lauer, Derric Williford, Ben Owing are top notch employees and Lithia is lucky to have them. Rob in the parts department, who is always professional and patient with customers. To everyone out there who is not happy with their current auto shop, bring your vehicle to these guys as they can work on just about anything. You won’t be disappointed!

This dealership is ran extremely well… from parts to service to sales.. All of the employees take pride in their work and it shows. I just had my 2022 Jeep serviced and I was told I’d be there about an hour to an hour and a half.. I was in and out in under 60 minutes not to mention I spent about half of what I was anticipating. I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles from here and even sent my mother in law a month ago to get her a brand new 2024 Grand a Cherokee and she couldn’t be happier. Major thanks to Lithia Jeep of Reno ran by Scott Williford, Aaron Lauer and the used car manage Derrick. This place will be getting my business for years to come.

BUYER BEWARE

I am a traveling nurse who works in the rural areas of northern nevada. I came to this dealer looking for a vehicle that could take me safely to all of the different terrain landscapes that i might face on a daily basis. when i first was here to buy the jeep gladiator, the staff was friendly and kind. I got my new car and and was driving off in about 2 hours. Fast forward a couple months. My jeep now has 3400 miles on i and has “catastrophic drive train failure” per the alert sent to me. I take it in for repair, and i am concerned. I mean what kind of brand new car has drive train problems at 3400 miles? The service team brushes it off, saying, “these things happen”. They reset some sensors and return the vehicle to me. a few days later, same alert pops up. Now the Jeep will not shift and is redlining. I take it back to the dealer. At this point i am gravely concerned that this vehicle is a lemon. honestly what car needs engine repair when its brand new off the lot?! When the staff it met with my concerns, I get brushed off again. Saying to me, Oh its just a misfire, or nothings perfect. As a female in the car world, i felt powerless as they talked down to me in a disrespectful and condemning manner, preying on the fact that i do not know about engine mechanics. All i wanted to know is how they were gonna rectify this, if this car is a lemon, and if so how to make it right. They said that if it was a lemon, I could exchange it for another “for a price”. Oh really? Just spent 86,000 at this dealer and they are giving me this MISOGYNISTIC behavior. After this time, they have my vehicle for about 10 days. They had to replace failed rockers on the intake cam, valves replaced, and replaced the camshaft. I take the vehicle home for about 2 weeks, and again … engine light with “catastrophic drivetrain failure”. 3 times with the same problem i take it to them again. At the service counter i tell them this car is a lemon, how can we make this right. I get handed a sticky note with a number to call and an attitude like im overreacting instead of understanding my worry not only the financial aspect, but now im out a vehicle again and unable to travel safely to see my patients. I ask to speak with a manager, they give me a sales man who again says he can buyback the vehicle “for a price, and i will be upside down “. At this time i am rightfully upset and anyone in my shoes would be also. They send me into speak to the new car manager Aaron Lauer who wont even stop woking on his computer to give me the slightest acknowledgment or compassion. he instead rolls his eyes, talks in a condescending and dis-respectful nature and chooses to focus on the fact that i lost my temper rather than being helpful in ANY WAY. Long story short, the GM attempts to help, gives me a rental and says things will be taken care of. Believe me, im not holding my breath.
