I asked my wife to handle the appointment for me since I
I asked my wife to handle the appointment for me since I was busy and there was some confusion upon arrival about whether it was billable for me. The service associate immediately said he would look into it, and he took ownership of the problem and swiftly solved the problem while the key was being programmed. No delays to my wife who wasn’t sure about anything and no arguing, just quick action and great service. Thanks!

Ben was very helpful. For the past 10 years, he was my to go guy for any service need....I gave my latest service a 4 star because it took a while to get the parts and I have to return twice to fix the issues with my jeep compass.

I had a appointment for 9 a.
I had a appointment for 9 a.m. waited for a hour and my vehicle still wasn't even looked at. Why make a appointment if your not gonna look at it for hours after that.it was a simple diagnostic check.
