I have had a overall great experience.
I have had a overall great experience. Lance Smith provide a great service and he is awesome service rep. And he is why I give you 5 stars. But there is a sales rep there named Matt. Very rude a very disrespectful employee that shouldn't be working as a front line employee and is a poor representation of the dealership. If I had to deal with him every time I needed to go to the service department I would never buy a another car or recommend one from that dealership.

Kiaayobain, I'm sorry you feel as though The Service Team didn't go to bat for you with your warranty company. The dealership is not the final arbiter of what is covered and what is not covered, all we do is diagnose the problem and relay the facts to the warranty company, the decision is entirely theirs. That said, it's always our hope the issue you're experiencing is a covered repair. We don't want you to have to come out of pocket to fix your car, especially if it's still under warranty.
