They were able to help me as soon as I arrived even though my appointment was later .On top of the service woman was able to help me further by providing... me with a coupon better than the one I had. They even called me when my car was ready and sterilized and washed my car for free.. Ive been a customer of theirs for many years and buy my vehicles from them because I know I will always get nothing but outstanding customer service every time.

AutoNation Hyundai in Corpus has very professional and knowledgeable sales people. Initially Ed took good care of us and then Neal took over. Neal showed... excellent skills trying to find some cars that could meet our expectations and what we were trying to acquire and working with Management when needed. The process was quite long (nearly 2 days) but he was very patient and understanding. By the 2nd day we finally narrowed it down and decided on a nice Sonata/Limited with a few more options. The other individuals we dealt with such as Paloma, Jason and Brian were also very friendly and helpful. The only thing I regret was that a day later when I checked the tires pressure they all were at 45 psi (cold) instead of the specified 34 psi. But that was not direct responsibility of Neal, it was a mistake made by someone in Service when they prepared the car.

We are from New Mexico. My Sonata was almost at 100,000. We had a trip to Corpus Christi planned. Before our trip I took my car in for a complete checkup.... We spent over $450 getting a clean bill of health. During our trip we went over the 100,000 mile mark. We had traveled over 900 miles when an alarm went off telling us to pull over immediately and check our charging system. We were 60 miles past San Antonio (the closest dealership and a $90 tow). Our destination and paid for lodging awaited us 106 miles away in Corpus Christi. We decided to pay over $250 for a tow to Corpus. We have no regrets. Robert in service at AutoNation and many others on staff fought hard and kept contacting Hyundai to have them cover the cost of a new charging system despite the fact that it had just ran out of warranty. I have no doubts from previous encounters at my local dealership that had this happened at home no one would have fought for us. The service was the best. They got it covered under warranty. They stayed late to get us on the road. I have NOTHING but good things to say about this business.
