Excellent Service for Years
Mark and I have been customers for years. This vehicle is our 6th purchase. They are professional, efficient and really work with the customer to meet expectations. I will not go anywhere else. The general Manager Mark, Sales person Ethan, and Finance Manager whose name I can't recall were all great. We love our new Jeep Gladiator and we love Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Conyers!!!

Pleasant experience
My credit is poor so I expect the worst when dealing with dealerships. Although my interest rate is high, I understand the bigger picture. I appreciate how my sales Rep (Reggie) gave me the numbers before I wasted a trip. Then, they picked me up and when I got there, the numbers didn’t change. I walked out with a car within 30 mins. They were even flexible on my down payment. This was a great experience and I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Dealerships everywhere are backed up beyond belief for service Christy helped me out and got me what I needed and got my truck taken care of. Making good on lug nuts for 2017 Chrysler Pacifica
During an oil change service in February 2022, I was informed that my tires could not be rotated due to the lug nuts being overtightened. I was initially informed that I would need to bear the cost for it being corrected. I explained that my last tire rotation was done at this dealership hence should be the responsibility of this location to rectify the situation. I escalated and explained my position with Mr. Keith Black, the service manager. After discussing via email, he agreed that the dealership should resolve the issue. I took my vehicle in and what would have cost $417 was resolved at no cost to me. I appreciated how Mr. Black addressed this quickly and to my satisfaction. I recently moved my service contract to this dealership and actions like this reinforces why I am pleased that I made this decision. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other Chrysler customers.

Christy was awesome. Service was trash
My service advisor, Christy, was fantastic. She was prompt cheerful and happy to help. The work however was sub par. I came in and requested all 4 tires be stripped of their wheel weights and rebalanced with A tire rotation moving the front to the rear. Upon inspection after the work was said to be completed only one wheel had actually had new weights put on it in the other 3 were just sent out. I specifically askes this to be done because I'm driving 3000 miles across country and wanted new wheel weights on my wheels. If the technicians are being so lazy that they can't even put new wheel weights on a wheel what else are they being lazy about in the shop. do not trust a shop that cannot do a simple tire balance incorrectly specifically at a dealer.
