Oil change yesterday.

Oil change yesterday. The engine cover was not secured again resulting in a mishap on the freeway home. They credited my payment for the oil service and replaced the cover but we don’t ever want to go back. The oil change included a supposed inspection the service rep claimed when we first picked up our car. Buyer beware.

This is the 3rd Volvo I’ve purchased from the Volvo store

This is the 3rd Volvo I’ve purchased from the Volvo store of Winter Park. My expert sales associate is Nelson Mateo. He knows exactly what I wanted in my new Volvo and took care of every detail. Amazing experience working with Nelson, Ian and the whole team.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! I absolutely would not recommend this store. The finance manager does not return calls after several messages and weeks of waiting, the extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist who literally hung up the phone on me and would not take another call and the complete disregard for customer service all around I'd say take your business elsewhere. I will not be keeping my business with Volvo of Winter Park.

Worst Dealership in USA

Walking into the stuffy, small parts department I was immediately met with unprofessional employees. Leaving 1 month later with my Volvo, not being serviced correctly. Zero Morals. Zero Class…

If looking to buy a Volvo , ask for Chris Palmer. Chris is exceptional! He is very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and available. He also offered me a great deal!

Friendly experience, trustworthy

Very nice overall experience. Staff made me and my family very comfortable with our purchase of a used Volvo XC90 this Feb 2023. Detailed maintenance history was shared and discussed, nice test drive experience and quite agile “paperwork”, which is actually done in a nice dynamic and virtual way ;)

David is my dude!

David is my dude! Love working with David! He was straight to the point, no-nonsense, and will do anything to help you out. He is very responsive and great communicator. Knows a lot about Volvo but if you want a deal, and not just a deal, a good deal, reach out to David Bokai-Lukinich. He's the sales and finance manager so might as well! Saves you time. I think my next car will probably be here again. Just the service is crazy good. Also, Elizabeth Tarr in service is the best person to talk to if you car needs service or if something goes wrong. She's definitely world class and takes ownership of you. vehicle and treats it like its hers. She's also brutally nice

Thank You David of The Volvo Store

When you’ve had a good experience with something, I believe you should share it. Too often people only share bad experiences- not in this case. My wife and I are not the easiest customers to deal with when it comes to cars. We can become relentless, even demanding to the point that salespeople may raise the white flag! 😂 That said, our experience purchasing our new Volvo XC60 from The Volvo Store was one of the best experiences we’ve had, and the reason for that was because of whom we dealt with: David Bokai-Lukinich. David, the Sales/Finance Manager was so knowledgeable, so patient, and so pleasant to deal with, that we just had to acknowledge it. If every sales rep you ever met or will meet has his qualities, consider yourself very fortunate. Thank you David, for putting us in the perfect car( 2022 XC60) and for taking such great care of us.
