THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THAT’S ABOUT ALL!

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THAT’S ABOUT ALL!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a Jeep a year ago. Ended up trading it in at the Koons Ford. I called VIVIAN A FINANCE SPECIALIST to have her email me the paperwork to STOP threatened warranties she sold me on the jeep….. NO RESPONSE!!!! Left voicemails…. NOTHING!!! It’s been almost a month. Just called and told by some lady who answered the phone”they’re all in a meeting”

Poor service found 2 models I liked i asked for the

Poor service found 2 models I liked i asked for the windows sticker for more details.....you can make this up......Bella Adzemovic Sales Coordinator send me a audio file from a customer calling in about electric Car and about rebate....1 why will you send me audio file and not the stickers and why do you keep recording customer...don't you need consent to recording them §19.2- 62 of the Code of Virginia makes it illegal to record private conversations...just saying not getting a Car from Koons

Great experience!

Great experience!!! Love my new car!!! Talib khan did a great job, I hope they continue to have success with great members of the company similar to Talib. (PS I bought the Dodge Charger w/ the hemi 2023)

James (sales rep) and Brandon (sales manager) were great

James (sales rep) and Brandon (sales manager) were great to work with. Super responsive in negotiations for our Wrangler and even more so post-sale. They followed up to make sure we were happy and answer any questions. Quickly resolved one missing item which was great. Very happy with the service we received!

Financial "managers" are straight up scammers.

Financial "managers" are straight up scammers. They will attempt to force you to purchase their warranty by offering a really low interest rate. But if you don't purchase the warranty your interest rate will be almost double. I would stay away from this clown show unless you're paying cash.

Not honorable.

Not honorable. Sent me to the bank to hand deliver the check. Returned, gave pepyno the check. He accepted it, then runs out and tries to give it back saying the car has been sold. Because I didn’t use in-house financing. Won’t buy here ever.

So disappointed!

So disappointed! I'm actually writing after hearing what happened w/ my brother who is a U.S. disabled combat veteran. He was excited about a used car he saw listed at Koons. When we inquired about the possibility of a vet discount we were told "only on new cars" when you finance. Of course that means the dealership will make up any "discount" and more on the interest. My brother only pays cash for everything, so no deal. I think Koons has grown to big and doesn't care about the person anymore, just the money. I'm a business owner myself and take every opp I can to "give back" to our soldiers when possible, as some other dealerships and companies do. All these reviews about "how nice the staff are etc." ? Yep, as long as you are willing to spend to much and pay crazy finance charges. My brother does not consider himself a hero, only a man who did his job and now survives on a small compensation-willing to pay a fair price in cash. Our military allows billionaires, like the Koons, a country to prosper. This sister says "Go somewhere that is less about the immediate profit (over relationships), and more soldier friendly".

Where is the no star option?

Where is the no star option?? Pepyno? Worst car salesman I’ve ever had to work with in my life. I expected a certain level of professionalism considering I was dealing with Koons. That name carries weight around here. But I ended up dealing with the equivalent of a side of the road, dirt lot, shack in the back, car lot. I came in the door preapproved. I signed everything they gave me, left to take the paperwork to my bank because for some reason nothing could be done electronically, had the check hand delivered and accepted by Pepyno, just to be told the car was being sold to someone else. I’m guessing someone that was using their in house financing. Had the nerve to call and tell me to come back tomorrow and pick up my check. I’ll never buy from Koons.
