My experience with Koons was not great, particularly

My experience with Koons was not great, particularly AFTER the purchase. That’s when issues arose. During the purchase everything was just ok, however I spoke to them about wheel bearings that were bad (you could hear them), and they kept trying to convince me it was just the tires. Even after they finally changed one (they would not do the second one) and the sound disappeared, they KEPT TRYING TO TELL ME IT WAS THE TIRE!!!! They took forever to change the seat lever on my mega cab (something they said they’d do when I picked it up), probably like 2-3 weeks. They say they will do things like call you, or fix a particular issue (the second wheel beating) and they never do. I just hope my vehicle is good and I won’t have to deal with them again. They were totally unprofessional. I really like the truck; I really can’t stand the dealership!

I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. While the sales process was okay, the real problems began afterward. I’ve had ongoing issues with a vehicle I leased from here, and the service department has been completely unhelpful. The car has spent more time in the shop than on the road, and I'm now stuck with a vehicle that feels unsafe to drive. To make matters worse, the warranty specialist gave me false assurances about getting a loaner—promised one on Thursday, but by Saturday, I was told there was nothing they could do. The lack of accountability and communication has been frustrating and disappointing. If you're considering doing business here, think twice. The post-sale support is virtually nonexistent, and I wouldn't trust them to stand by their product or their word.

From dealer to dealer I was mislead, taken advantage of

From dealer to dealer I was mislead, taken advantage of and now ignored by my salesman Leo, GSM Patrick, and General Manager. BAD BUSINESS. I was misled into agreeing to a "pull ahead" lease deal under the impression that my remaining payments would be covered in order to transition into a new lease with the dealership. While I understood I would be responsible for standard wear and tear, as well as outstanding property taxes, I was not informed—verbally or otherwise—that I would incur a $932.72 early termination fee, or a $495 turn-in fee, despite leasing a new Jeep through the same dealership and financing company. This lack of transparency feels like a deliberate omission in order to close the deal. Had these fees been disclosed up front, I would have chosen to complete the remainder of my original lease rather than take on nearly $1,430 in unexpected termination charges. Instead, I feel deceived and taken advantage of by Leo and Patrick. I have made multiple attempts to contact the salesman, general sales manager, general manager, and client relations manager via phone and email with no response. This complete lack of communication is not only frustrating—it is unprofessional and unacceptable. I feel thoroughly disrespected by this dealership’s management team and find this extremely disappointing from a publicly traded company.

We purchased our new Dodge Durango from Koons Tysons CDJR

We purchased our new Dodge Durango from Koons Tysons CDJR in April. The Sales Manager, Tony Screnci, was instrumental in coordinating the sale of this vehicle. He was very responsive and transparent when answering all of our questions via email and made the sales process go smoothly. He even ensured all paperwork was in order prior to our visiting the dealership. Marc Tranen was our Product Specialist. He, too, was excellent in responding to our emails and furnished information in a timely manner. Unlike sales staff at other dealerships, he never pressured us into making a decision. On the day we signed the contract, he checked with staff throughout the process to see how things were progressing and kept us informed. He spent time demonstrating all the electronic features of the vehicle and even synced our phones in the car's system. He was very easy to communicate with and made us feel comfortable. He gave us his business card and encouraged us to contact him if we had further questions. This is a great dealership and we would defintely consider buying another vehicle from them!!

Worst experience ever at Koons Tysons Corner.

Worst experience ever at Koons Tysons Corner. The sales department is absolutely terrible. If you’re not there to spend money or make a purchase, they treat you like you’re invisible — or worse, like you’re a problem. The staff was rude, dismissive, and downright aggressive.

Had a great experience working with salesman Jonathan

Had a great experience working with salesman Jonathan Molina and the finance team. Koons offered the best price and made sure I received a competitive rate. They also didn’t add in any ridiculous fees (I explicitly said no maintenance package at the beginning and they respected that).

Recently purchased a vehicle through Nabil in sales.

Recently purchased a vehicle through Nabil in sales. He was great to deal with. No pressure and explained the different options for purchasing the vehicle. He also took his time showing me the vehicle without making the process seem hurried. I came back a couple of times before deciding and each time he was courteous and patient. In finance, I dealt with Noah who was equally outstanding and professional. He went over various financing options with me and explained to me the pros and cons of each, leaving the ultimate decision to me. I’m happy with my purchase from Koons and their courteous and professional staff.

Overall decent experience.

Overall decent experience. Being out of state and a several hour drive I had asked that they have the paperwork and car ready to go when I arrived. When I showed up the car had not been detailed and was not ready to go. I was a cash buyer and they made me sit around the dealership for 2 hours to see finance, mainly so they could push a warranty sale. I declined the warranty multiple times before they would finally move on from trying to sell me one. Got the vehicle at a fair price but was not thrilled with the in dealership process. Car should have been cleaned and ready to leave when I arrived and they should of had me in and out of the dealership in an hour or less.

I am writing a review of this dealership based on my experience dated 02/15/ 2025. I purchased a 2025 pacific on Saturday. I had been in contact with the salesman Taz and several manager over the phone and e mail in hopes of making my time at the dealership as quick as possible. even though I had prearrange before I got there as much as possible, I had selected the vehicle and verified that it was there and told them what type of transaction, I arrived early at 10:30 am in hopes of leaving before the weather turned bad. I asked several time that I wanted to leave soon, but I could not leave until 5:30 in the evening when it was pouring down rain. My best experience was with The salesperson, Taz who assisted me every step of the way as much as he could. He is a true credit to the dealership and I really appreciated his help along the way as I am an elderly disabled vet. He made sure that my vehicle was prepped and transfer of my equipment was done WAJ
