Professionally managed dealership.
We purchased a vehicle. We were shown the vehicle professionally, we were allowed to test drive it twice and they took the time to make sure details were in place for the car itself during delivery. Mr. Sam and Nickon did well. For the finance process Donovan was super professional and helpful. Paperwork digitally formatted and a large variety of lenders. We found a great finance option too. We were provided with all paperwork in a digital drive. Thank you for all the detailed work. *One general suggestion is that, since the payment requirements are very narrow, buyers should be made aware of such up front (for example, no credit cards over a certain amount) this created us an extra drive of 3 hours on a Saturday. Overall, positive experience and would buy here again. Thank you for helping us select the vehicle we needed!

Detailed review of Koons Dodge/Jeep from a buyer
Recently bought a 2021 Mercedes GLC 300 SUV from Koons. AB was my salesperson. He was straight forward and candid about what he could and couldn't do from a price perspective. The car market is finally coming off its pandemic high of the last few years. So I was hoping for a total auto market crash and end of year deal and low balled them and pushed them pretty hard for price discounts for 6 weeks, even walked out once (on the last day of the month) but they really didn't budge. What I DID see happening thru close observation was about every 7 days the price of my desired car dropped like clockwork $500. This is due to their automated Inventory management system. So I just waited and watched it drop week by week, until the week it became a 'Great Deal' by CarGuru's analytics and also became the best deal of the 22 different 2021 GLC's within 50 miles of me. At that point I pounced. So I eventually got the deal i wanted. But not because they at any point 'gave' me a discount. The market continues to move slowly back in buyers' favor, but I think it's going to be more of a soft landing. The latest job numbers were solid, economic growth was revised upward and Cox Automotive's market analyst showed that while prices of luxury cars and SUVs (my purchase was both!) had come down the most (10-12% year over year) used car sales overall were still healthy and retail prices were holding-despite wholesale prices dropping significantly (That's how I knew they were bluffing when they said, if we don't sell this car soon, I could lose it to an auction--yeah, good luck with getting anywhere near what I was going to pay at auction, plus transportation and other costs for them to get it to auction). So while I could have waited them out more--I was thinking by March 2023 there would be a larger market reset--the data was telling me otherwise. The market reality for autos is regardless of what the economy is like, cars get old and break down and in this country you NEED a car to get around in 90% of the geographical areas--even urban areas. Hopefully my experience will help others in the market as you decide when and at what price to pull the trigger. The dealership itself is nothing special. It's in Tysons but hard to get in and out of. Parking is bad and car inventory is kind of haphazardly co-located all over with cars there for service and autobody work. The building itself is long overdue for a makeover. Its indoor 'showroom' has no cars but is instead filled with sales cubicles. I'm in sales myself so I enjoy the back and forth, but I could see your average mom or non-confrontational guy being intimidated or discouraged seeing potential buyers having tense conversations with salespeople right out in the open with their dozens of low cubicles in their three-sided glass enclosed 'showroom'. It reminds me why people pay thousands more just to avoid all of that at CarMax type dealers. The waiting room for service has an open ceiling where all the elevator music and phone conversation and ambient noise from the sales floor pours in. So if you're there for service and trying to do conference call while waiting for your car to be ready, good luck.
