These are crooks you are dealing with, so please be aware. Im unsure how they're still even open. Every car on their lot is faulty. Emission inspections are done by a family friend and the warranty company they work with is a scam. I unknowingly purchased a faulty vehicle with warranty for protection, yet all repairs required for the car to even move is not included. I am out $5,000+ and it hasn't even been a year with this car. Don't let the customer service fool you, RUN!!!!!

Beware
The sales staff is great. The problem is Dwight is a liar. Said car was covered under extended warranty but then after a claim was filed said there was a 30 day period. Said license plate would be mailed to us then when the plate didn't show up said go to tag office with ID. Buy from them but just know Dwight will lie to you over and over.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
purchased a 2013 land rover evoque with less than 65000 and 3 months later the engine blew out and they will not help me. I am out of a car and thousands of dollars I spent trying to repair this car. The engine replacement is 13,000.00 so the car is dead. These people can care less, they are a scam and not trust worthy

LIARS, THIEFS and CHEATS
Agree to a sale on the phone for a set price and after you drive 2.5 hours they change their mind. The price for $15,500.00 was agreed upon as a final "out the door" to include all fees, price over the $14,900.00 price plus fees. When I get there they state that the $15,500.00 is the price plus the fees, xxx. So in the end they raised the price on me when I showed up to buy the car

Bought a 2014 Dodge challenger, which has been my dream car, I saw they had a good deal on one so I got it, so far in the 1st week it's cost me Ova $1000 in fixes and servicing all which was not covered in the warranty they convinced me to get, plus the trunk of the car is slightly open every time I close it, I showed this to them and they said they couldn't do anything about it, the car has been driving good sofar but now the brakes are worn out, IN THE FIRST WEEK!!!! I just drive to work and park it for 4-5 days with out driving it how are they worn out already, piece of advice get a good mechanic to look at any car u buy from them.

We were very impressed with Byron’s laid back approach. Showing me the product I was looking for and trusting me to take the van for a test drive gave my husband an opportunity to see our future purchase. The process began on a Wednesday and we were official proud owners of a white Honda Odyssey by Saturday. We Love it. Post sales has not been as smooth. We were promised replacement caps for the vehicle that have yet to be replaced. The caps are not required for the van to run but they are cosmetic and a deal is a deal. We did not haggle when discussing price. We asked for a cap to cover the back seat legs and a key fob. My husband paid $100 extra dollars to to get an extra fob made for the van. The owner paid the $100 back in cash and said he did not want to deal with it post issuesbarebyour problem and not the problem of the dealership even if it was part of the agreement before the car was purchased. Overall, i would do business with this dealership again. I never felt pressured by Byron therefore I feel like the van was our decision to buy and not some high pressure shady dealers decision.
