    Bought a 2014 Dodge challenger, which has been my dream car, I saw they had a good deal on one so I got it, so far in the 1st week it's cost me Ova... $1000 in fixes and servicing all which was not covered in the warranty they convinced me to get, plus the trunk of the car is slightly open every time I close it, I showed this to them and they said they couldn't do anything about it, the car has been driving good sofar but now the brakes are worn out, IN THE FIRST WEEK!!!! I just drive to work and park it for 4-5 days with out driving it how are they worn out already, piece of advice get a good mechanic to look at any car u buy from them.

    We were very impressed with Byron’s laid back approach. Showing me the product I was looking for and trusting me to take the van for a test drive... gave my husband an opportunity to see our future purchase. The process began on a Wednesday and we were official proud owners of a white Honda Odyssey by Saturday. We Love it. Post sales has not been as smooth. We were promised replacement caps for the vehicle that have yet to be replaced. The caps are not required for the van to run but they are cosmetic and a deal is a deal. We did not haggle when discussing price. We asked for a cap to cover the back seat legs and a key fob. My husband paid $100 extra dollars to to get an extra fob made for the van. The owner paid the $100 back in cash and said he did not want to deal with it post issuesbarebyour problem and not the problem of the dealership even if it was part of the agreement before the car was purchased. Overall, i would do business with this dealership again. I never felt pressured by Byron therefore I feel like the van was our decision to buy and not some high pressure shady dealers decision. Thanks Byron.

    My boyfriend drove all the way from Michigan to Georgia to buy me the Cadillac ATS they had listed on the website , when he got there the car had Dings,... Scratches, Dirty Interior, Rims scratched up, and water inside of the headlight. Such a waste of money and time. When he finally makes it home he's buying the BMW for me that I want. IN MICHIGAN! Never again!

    My 2010 Maxima had been totaled in a rear end collision around a week ago so I was in the market for a new vehicle. I did my research and decided that... I wanted a 2013 or 2014 Buick Verano. After identifying a few vehicles I was interested in, my first stop was at AWS autos because they had the best price by about $3k! I was definitely skeptical at first because the place isn't much to look at from the outside but I noted that they had a ton of cars on their lot and I figured at that price I at least needed to check the vehicle out. The salesman was friendly but not pushy at all, we were test driving 5 minutes after we pulled on the lot. After a 20 minute test drive and once over, I decided this was the car I wanted and didn't need to keep looking. The sales process was super easy. I came in with a pre-approval from my credit union but they were able to get me a rate lower than the one I came in with. We were in and out in a little less than 2 hours but a fill 30 minutes of that was waiting for my insurance company to email a new binder for the vehicle. They even changed the oil and did an emissions test for me before I left. As noted above, the facilities aren't much to look at but honestly, you're paying for that in the price of a car you buy anywhere else, so I'd much rather deal with an honest salesman in a run down building than a snake oil salesman in glass palace. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

    Purchased a high end car from AWS over the phone from Colorado. Corey was my sales agent who made the entire transition very professional and quick. ... I flew to Atlanta and we drove it back. The car drove like the machine it is. Very impressed. AWS has very good cars and prices!! I would highly recommend Corey and Patrick the Sales Manager for your purchasing experience.

    Ad says "NO DINGS, NON-SMOKER, NO SCRATCHES" I should have known it was too good to be true. The car had a poorly done repair as it obviously had been... in an accident but they advertise it as no accident! Just because the Carfax is clean doesn't mean the car is and this was a perfect example. Stay away from this dealer.
