Both Brenda and Aries at the dealership were help and professional in their dealings with us. I unfortunately am unable to recall the gentleman who assisted us in the finance dept. but he was clear and upfront when sharing the details of completing the paperwork.
Don't go to this dealer.
Don't go to this dealer. They will stick you with add-ons even when you specifically tell them not to. In my case it was to the tune of over $4, 000.They will make fixing their "mistake" as hard for you as possible. They will avoid your phone calls "accidentally" hang up on you or pass you around to other sales people to avoid any accountability or fixing the problem. They will lose your paperwork and try to stall you indefinitely.

I have bought quite a few cars in my life and this is the worst experience I've ever had. The phone saleswoman was not helpful at all. She verified a car was in stock and a quote. I took an uber an hour to go up to the dealership and then the manager tells me there is a $5K mark up on the car and can't get within 200 a month of the original quote. So after $160 in uber rides and horrible service I bought a jeep elsewhere. Don't trust these people!

This is the worst place for service, everyone from the front desk to service advisors gave me wrong incorrect information. They need more training especially in Customer Service. I'm out $120.00 for the misinformation I was given. And the detail company they use suck.
Worse service ever
Took my car to have my drivers window repaired the glass slipped down into the door so they did a diagnostic test, on what I have no clue, but they did a point inspection which is free and said I had to have a fuel line replaced, the hose was cracked. Service Advisor never returned my call after I left a message for him, called to get update on my car when it would be ready. the second day, phone rang and rang it was picked up put on hold and then dropped. I called back again phone rang 20 times before I spoke to someone. If I didn’t call about my car it would most likely be sitting there still. Picked up my car, the car was dirty like they drove through a mud puddle with my car, grease on my window that they couldn’t wipe off and wasnt even given a complimentary car wash after spending 1300 at this place. My car is dirty. I will NEVER take my car there again. Oh after getting my car the seat belt plastic cover was hanging; like they jerked the seat belt. Another customer rep came out and snapped it in place being careful so not to break it. but I guess service Dept was so busy they couldn’t fix it. They Lost my business and I will discourage others from going there.

Don’t never come to this dealer for nothing. And I’m saying nothing. Most of the people are super rude, especially all the managers. They promised you things that they never going to agree with it or that they don’t remember saying that. I ask for a phone number where I can complain and they gave me the store phone number. Everybody should get more training on customer service. Heads up people ! !
Worst Dealership Experience EVER
I am surprised this place is a name brand dealership. They act like Joe Bob's Used Car Lot. I was shopping for a used car that they advertised and it took FOREVER to get a hold of someone on the phone. I would call and it would just ring and ring until the call eventually just dropped. When I would get a hold of someone they'd say "let me transfer you to someone about that vehicle"....I'd then get someone's voice mail. This would happen over and over. I liked the price on the car, so I still submitted an application, after I finally spoke to some girl about the car (not sure her position, but she was not a sales person). Took 6 hours until I got a hold of someone on my submitted app and the terms of buying the car (no one followed up with me, I had to chase them down). They tacked on $4100 warranty and $699 Lojack (who uses Lojack anymore??) that I did not want. They would not remove either item from the deal. So the price they show online is clearly NOT the price of the car. Classic bait and switch BS tactics from a rinky dink, shadey used car operation. Compound that with the poor customer service, this place should be avoided at all costs!

I was ripped off for my oil change instead of it costing two hundred and something dollars it is up to be $480 and because I was a woman they took advantage of me. I would recommend this place to no one especially females. Rene took advantage and never again

Literally the worst experience with a car I have ever had. Luis the finance guy sold me a "maintenance package" for $900. What is it? 12 oil changes for a 2 year leased car. No loaner, no car wash, nothing but oil changes and I would hope at least the filter
