Worst Dealership Experience EVER

I am surprised this place is a name brand dealership. They act like Joe Bob's Used Car Lot. I was shopping for a used car that they advertised and it took FOREVER to get a hold of someone on the phone. I would call and it would just ring and ring until the call eventually just dropped. When I would get a hold of someone they'd say "let me transfer you to someone about that vehicle"....I'd then get someone's voice mail. This would happen over and over. I liked the price on the car, so I still submitted an application, after I finally spoke to some girl about the car (not sure her position, but she was not a sales person). Took 6 hours until I got a hold of someone on my submitted app and the terms of buying the car (no one followed up with me, I had to chase them down). They tacked on $4100 warranty and $699 Lojack (who uses Lojack anymore??) that I did not want. They would not remove either item from the deal. So the price they show online is clearly NOT the price of the car. Classic bait and switch BS tactics from a rinky dink, shadey used car operation. Compound that with the poor customer service, this place should be avoided at all costs!


Don't bring your car here

I was ripped off for my oil change instead of it costing two hundred and something dollars it is up to be $480 and because I was a woman they took advantage of me. I would recommend this place to no one especially females. Rene took advantage and never again


Go to ANY other dealership

Literally the worst experience with a car I have ever had. Luis the finance guy sold me a "maintenance package" for $900. What is it? 12 oil changes for a 2 year leased car. No loaner, no car wash, nothing but oil changes and I would hope at least the filter


Please don't go there! Unprofressional

I brought a brand new 2020 car with them. On the first day of driving home, driver side sun visor fell off without any reason. Then I texted the sales rep that sold me the car, then he told me I need to make an appointment with service department to get it replaced. So I made a phone call to make appointment the next day. Then they scheduled me for appointment on 9/10/20 at 11 AM. I came on time at 11 AM, but no one helped me just let me stand there for 16 mins. Then someone finally helped me and told me they need to investigate the problem of this fell sun visor and estimate time NEED is 3-4 HOURS. Then I waited for 4 HOURS straight without anyone letting me know any update with my car. So I asked after 4 HOURS wait, then the service advisor told me we don't have the part and need to order it. Do you want to keep the car here or to take it home until the parts came. I waited for 4 HOURS just for them to find out the part is not available to replace. I know its broken and that's why I brought here to service. Its just a sun visor, not some complicated mechanic problem that need LOT OF TIME to identity. I will suggest anyone who have any other choice to go to other dealership buying a car or service your car. PLESE GO. LIERS had me drive 2 hours to not sell the car for the ADVERTISED price. Stay far away if you value your time or money. Scam artists reported to the state for false advertising I recommend yo do the same



Crooked cheats!! False advertising to get you in!! $20,000 increase when you get on the lot is ridiculous!! Don’t support garbage like them!! We all deserve better!!

RUDE. After inquiring about purchasing a vehicle on their site, I received a call back, in which I was hung up on with no one saying a word. I called back, only to be put on with a very RUDE salesperson, who didn’t understand why I’d be upset about receiving a hang up call, and the proceeded to ask where I’m from. I told him Twentynine Palms, which is a large marine base, and he said “that’s why you act like you do”, as if I had the attitude problem. Does this dealership have a problem with communities with military bases or populations? Avoid! Rude, demeaning; awful!


Horrible Sales Manager

visited this dealership to purchase an advertised used high end vehicle. I should have thought twice about conducting business for a high end vehicle here, but since the car was priced well I considered giving them a shot. After talking to a pleasant young lady on the phone I scheduled an appointment to come see the car. When I arrived I was met by a very young salesman who notified the woman I spoke with on the phone that I was there. She came out for a second and passed me back to the young man. He then showed me the car. I knew the car had extremely high mileage and figured that was why it was priced aggressively. However, since it was a weekend vehicle I didn't care that much about the high mileage. What I didn't know and what was not disclosed in the advertisement was the extensive damage to the vehicle. The 4 year old car had a severely torn and peeling driver seat, a wrecked rear bumper (size of basketball but not on the CarFax), scratches all over and a continuous deep to the metal key mark along the passenger side quarter panel and two doors, among some other issues. I should have left at this point, but I stayed to see if I could get a better deal. Once I sat down in the office the desk manager came out and told me that all of the items I had noted were already taken into consideration when they priced the vehicle. After talking with the desk manager we came up with a reasonable offer (only a few hundred under the asking price). However, when the desk manager presented the offer to the sales manager it was rejected with no counter. The desk manager seemed surprised and apologized for misleading me. I left the dealership to think it over, because it was still a decent price. About the time I decided to go ahead and pay the advertised price, I received a text from the desk manager wondering if I was still interested at the advertised price. So I asked him for the Out the Door price which includes taxes, registration and doc fees based on the advertised price. I told him I was still in the area and wanted to know the total price so I could notify my financial institution of the purchase. He said he would call me back. I waited, but never heard back from him so I called and spoke to someone else who would also said they would get back to me. I waited again for a couple of hours then called again. The sales Manager Martin Villalobos answered the call this time and he was extremely rude and unprofessional when talking on the phone. He was eating and speaking slang like we were on the street corner. He didn't identify himself until i asked who I was speaking with and his tone was extremely condescending. I told him I was looking for the Out the Door price so I could organize my finances. He reluctantly gave me a price on the car, but it was off from my figures. So I asked him to explain the details. He became defensive, interrupted me, began talking over me, using profanities, screaming and attacking me. He obviously didn't want to sell me this car. However, I maintained my cool and told him that I would never buy a car from someone who lacked decorum and basic customer service skills like him. I don't know what set him off but this guy has some serious issues. I can't believe this dealership has someone with his temperament working with customers. The employees even seemed frustrated with his process and approach. When I was at the dealership one employee made a comment to another employee that he was the only manager working and was stressed. He's probably overworked. More importantly, this is probably not the right job for his personality and its proving to be too much for him. With that said, there is no excuse for the way he talked to me as a customer. I wasn't rude or disrespectful at any point. I also told him I would be following up with the dealerships owner (Paul Aetebarra), the President of the parent company CMDA (Ralph Martinez) and anyone else who will listen to let them know about my experience.


Great Service

Thank you Daniela and Egard for an easy process. Definitely coming back for our next car! They made it so easy and stress free. We bought because Daniela was so attentive and didn't push anything on us.
