I was there trying to buy a gti, Sammy was very nice showing it. After they were ready to negotiate. I left to think about it but then this car was sold in couple days so I didn't get to buy it.

Penal Code 470 PC California's forgery lawprohibits knowingly altering, creating, or using a written document intending to commit a fraud.  This means that if, for example, you falsify loan documents -- perhaps altering the borrower's income and resulting ability to repay the loan -- you face additional forgery charges. This is my first car purchase from a dealership so I was not acknowledged of proper processing. Later to my knowledge my car purchase has been defrauded with the forgery of my signatures upon 12 documents.

Dealership refuses to honor its drivetrain warranty and after 6 communications still no word back. Total dishonest criminals. Please know that this dealership will not honor any agreement they have and will ignore you.

Danny was very professional, keep me in the loop as to what I needed and how long I would wait. Work was done in a timely manor, I will be back.

I've been having my car(s) serviced at Tracy VW for 3 years now. When I moved from the South Bay my Jetta was still under a third party service contract. Even though it wasn't the same one they sold, they figured it out and honored it. That's when I knew they were good. After the contract was over, they continued effort to provide me with the right service at the right time. Simply put, I was never oversold. That's when I knew they were great. This year I added a used Touareg to my VW stable, it's been once...so far. I expect our relationship to continue long into the future.

The response from the salesman were very prompt and friendly. I received a couple emails about a Subaru, which I am still interested in I just need time to review my options and not 100% ready to buy just yet.

Had a very pleasant experience with the service department at Tracy VW. AJ worked with us in providing excellent customer care with our vehicle. He's knowledgeable and professional in his dealings with us. They're reasonable and fair priced. He gave me good valuable advice as well. I will always service my vws' here. AJ, Arjay and Danny are the best at what they do. Thank You!

Danny and his team have taken good care of my 2013 Jetta Hybrid since I purchased the car new. Even though I have moved quite far from Tracy I still bring there for great service.
