Purchase could not have been smoother!

Purchase could not have been smoother! Jon, sales rep, and Solmaz, finance mgr, took care of everything for me with excellent service and rapid speed. There was a minor problem with the vehicle and Jon had it fixed immediately. Solmaz said I could return the car in 5 days if desired, no questions asked; impressive to say the least. I researched my chosen brand (Bentley) and model nationwide, and this dealer’s offering was the best when all factors considered. I highly recommend these professionals to all!

When I shop, no matter if it’s for a car or for a pack of gum, I like to have things move as efficiently as possible. Chris made that very possible during my time at Jaguar Land Rover South Bay. The transaction was effortless. Solmaz also added to the sweet deal by helping me as much as she could for my monthly payment. I will definitely be buying another vehicle from this dealership.

I want to say my Rep Even was great.

I want to say my Rep Even was great. His customer service was great and he did a good job and commutating and was very knowledgeable about my warranty and what was covered and not covered. But I was very disappointed with Land Rover/Jag as a company for not having a loaner car. I was without a car for 7 days. I had to rent a car and pay out of my own pocket. I have had a Mercedes and BMW. My wife has a BMW and we both have needed loaner cars before and had no issues with getting him. My wife had a loaner car for almost two months with BMW due to some issues with her car. I don’t understand how we pay for a luxury brand, high car payments and maintenance and yet I had to be without a car. It’s just unacceptable . I was told the job on my car was a big engine job and would take time. I called daily and it was never a loaner car available. I missed two days of work. I finally rented a car. On top of that my car wasn’t even able to get serviced due to me needing a car and not wanting to keep paying for a rental daily I picked up my car once’s the engine job was done. So now I have to go back for the regular oil/ fluid service. If I could give this location no stars I would.

Shawn was great and extremely helpful. He found a car that I absolutely love and worked with us to make sure it fit within our budget. Finance was helpful and so easy to work with.
