Expert staff
This service center offers some specific all wheel drive fluid exchange services that are not offered at many other Ford Service locations. I have been told when inquiring about them at another Ford service center that it was impossible. This location offers them and offers a warranty on the services. I believe this Ford location has superior expertise to other stores.

Stay away if you value trust and your money
Do not trust. Investigation needee. Fire Chris in Sales Financing. I purchased a new 2021 Ford F-150 on February 21st, 2022 (Presidents Day). To this date, April 4th, 2022 I am still waiting on the $4K plus check that was due to me from my trade in. From the beginning, Chris the finance guy is completely incompetent and I am wondering if he is stealing money. I was approved for the zero percent for 60 months deal yet when I sat with Chris, he had already run my credit for other banks. So my credit took a hit for it getting run twice in one day. Then, he didn't even know your dealership was running a special deal. He had to go ask someone. Then he registered my vehicle in the wrong county. Chris told me that it may take up to a week for the payoff of my tahoe to go through and then another week or two for my $4K to be ready. "We will call you as soon as your check is ready and we can mail it or you can come get it." Fast forward two weeks and I am calling Chris, leaving a voice mail because the payoff for my tahoe was never sent. In the voice mail, I told him my bank still shows no payment and another monthly payment was coming up. Also can you let me know the status of my $4k. I got no phone call back from Chris, but noticed the very next day, my bank received the payoff (March 4th, 2022). A few weeks goes (3) by and still no phone call for me to get my $4K. So, I call you all, no answer on Chris's phone, I leave a voicemail, no call back the next day or two. I call you all again, no answer on Chris's phone, so I ask to speak to someone else who ensured me that they would leave a note for Chris, he would be in by 2pm the next day and would return my call. That day came and went with no phone call. So, I drive to your dealership and speak with John the sales manager who ensures me this will get fixed. Guess what, NOPE. A few more days go by, I call my bank and they tell me that they have been calling the dealership for a week to find out who to release the $4k to but have had no luck getting any returned phone calls. Sound familiar? NO COMMUNICATION. I am having to make the phone calls to track down your dealership mismanagement. Otherwise nothing would be happening. I drive to the dealership again on March 31st, 2022 to find John to tell him where your screw up is held up at. John was not working so I get to speak to Steven. Steve can't the problem either because Crystal in financing can't confirm who the check will get released to. This is when I meet the GM Bill Harned. Bill openly admits that this is all their fault but they can't do anything to fix it. He told me to call back on Monday April 4th, 2022 (today) at 1pm and ask for Steve and he will have an answer. Guess what.. I call at 1pm on the dot today and get no answer so I leave a message on Steves voicemail. 3 hours later I get a call back with information I had already gotten on my own (again) from the bank two days earlier. So the check will get released to you and here I am still waiting. You wont write me a check even though you know the check from the bank is coming to you. Because "we can't write a check until we can confirm the funds". So, I am still waiting on my money and a phone call. Neither of which has happened as it should or even as you said one single time for over 6 weeks. I want to know that this message goes above the GM at Jerry's Ford to someone who will hold this dealership and Chris accountable. I want to know how you plan on making this right in the end. I am happy to return your truck to your lot and drive off in the tahoe. If I can spend my money at another dealership, I will.

We aways use jerry , theee were many cars to choose from and the make the buying experience easy . The only think is 4 hours to complete is too long . Very draining . Other that that it was good

New truck purchase
Overall, a very good buying experience. Salesman spent plenty of time showing new safety features and dashboard & steering wheel controls.
