    I recently had my car serviced at this dealer and I also needed a replacement of a side view mirror. I contacted the dealer in advance and they were extremely... helpful. Morris and Tim were in contact via text and were able to get the necessary parts in advance . When I arrived for the service , they safely took the car and paperwork was handled all online so I did not even have to enter the dealership . Within a few hours, the service was completed and the new mirror installed . They even sanitized the car for free. It could not have been any easier or safer in this time of Covid . I would highly recommend this dealership .

    My wife and I wanted a late model used S550, in a particular color. We found something exactly to our liking on the Mercedes Certified Pre Owned Website.... We headed to a Mercedes dealership in Calabasas. We drove from Santa Barbara to Calabasas only to find out the car was really in Santa Monica at another store owned by Sonic Group. Ok, so we drove to Santa Monica. (We since learned you should call in advance and ask someone to put their “hands” on the car to be sure it’s really there) We found the car in Santa Monica at The Sonic dealership and it was exactly as advertised, albeit not at the location on the Mercedes Website. The interaction with the salesman Souharda was top notch and professional. We had a trade, Souharda took pictures, noted the mileage and the VIN number. Knowing it takes a few hours for paperwork, we needed to drive home and come back the next day. That night, via text, we reached a deal that we were satisfied with. Yes, even though it’s a certified pre owned and came with a almost a year left on the factory warranty and an additional year included, it didn’t stop the finance guy from trying to sell us an expensive extended warranty plus another 6 or 8 unnecessary “services” One really has to stay focused to avoid spending another 7 to 8k. I lost count after 7 tries. I get it. Very profitable for the dealer and a commission to the finance guy. The process took at least an hour or more and my wife and I really wanted to leave. So all the paperwork was printed and I saw they got me for “Phantom Footprints” a truly useless VIN etching for $149.00! At that point, it was worth paying $149.00 just to leave! All in all, obtaining a great car, in the make, color, with very low mileage made up for the two issues.

    I have had my Mercedes for 10 years now and I was in need of a repair. I went to another mechanic had it taken care of and then a few months later, the... other side of my fuel pump area was causing issues. I contacted WI Simonson to see if it was a factory defect. I spoke to the General Manager Jason Lewis who found out this part was still under warranty . He asked me to get the car over to his location and took care of everything for me. Outstanding service to me and appreciated saving money when it wasn't necessary!

    A retractable drivers side seat belt broke I made the appointment yesterday and brought the car in at 11. they said about an hour 30 minutes later done... and its now back to factory perfect. Great attitude of Moe the service writer
