I have bought cars from more than a dozen Chicago area dealerships. THese guys are small, but good. They sold me a 9 year old Toyota that needed a little work, so as part of the purchase negotiation, we agreed to have them put in new shocks and struts and absorb the cost of parts with no labor charge in the purchase. Unfortunately, one of the struts had a defect that showed up a few weeks later. They fixed it the day my mechanic noticed. Then, a few weeks later, a couple other things need attention on this "AS IS" purchase. Even though it wasn't under warranty or any other form of obligation, Jimmy and his team took care of me. They even gave me a loaner each time I was there, although one of the loaners didn't have A/C on a hot day. Still, they did everything they could to accommodate my schedule. They did a great job and ate the cost of the work. They care about doing the right thing. You see lots of repeat customers there including cops and business people who could probably afford high end dealerships. But, they obviously see the value in this kind of customer service. The selection is smaller, but, they seem to be picky about the cars they bring in, so you know they have checked them out thoroughly. When it comes to buying a car, you want to know your dealing with people who have integrity and a good sense of fairness. Well, check out these guys.

I recently purchased a car from New Ride. The car was as described on the web site. I test drove the car and noted a few things, which were taken car of immediately. Price negotiations were quick and my trade in was taken in at a fair price. After driving the car a week, I noted an issue with the brakes that I wanted taken care of. Again, we came to a very fair resolution, the brakes were fixed in one hour while I waited, and I am very happy with my purchase. There will always be issues with buying cars and especially used cars. But if you can have people who are willing to deal with you, willing to be fair in their dealings, then the process of buying used cars can be a good experience. I had a good experience with Jimmy and New Ride and I believe the experience will be an on-going good thing.

Mostly Auction cars and different than advertised. Surprisingly, customer service is fine but shady specs of cars. Hard sellers. Will avoid this dealer.,

Their service is as always on professional level. I like the fact that the mechanic pays attention to small details. They helped me solve problems with my car after another dealer gave up on me. Thanks.

Horrible service it took them 4-5 days to return my call and they tried to underhand sell me a vehicle that had been in 2 or more accidents.

Recently purchased my 05 Toyota Highlander from New Ride in Evanston. Haven't had such a pleasant experience in a long time. People are nice and the truck is GREAT!!! Thank You. Will keep this place in mind for the future, also my first oil change was free, it's a good way to have customers come back and service their cars with them.
