I scheduled an appointment because my air conditioning in

I scheduled an appointment because my air conditioning in my car was not working. I was told there was an extended warranty on air condition. They quoted me a diagnostic cost and said if it falls under the warranty, it would be covered. And I would not have to pay. I got a complimentary ride back give . Later, via text and said they would proceed to fix the air because it was covered. I got a text that my car was ready and they sent a Lyft ride to pick me up! I was very happy with the service I received at Ocean Honda.

Krystal is absolutely phenomenal.

Krystal is absolutely phenomenal. She was extremely helpful during my process. She promptly checked me in and even offered us snacks. I give a 5 star review but I would say I had to call several times to check the status of my car and no one was answering in the service department. After I called a final time and asked to speak to a manager then I was able to get an update on my car.
