Very knowledgeable and most importantly did NOT pressure me into buying!!! They were very professional and organized, I was not even thinking of buying a new truck but they went above and beyond to show me what I could purchase. I worked with Dylan and Thomas buying a vehicle. Both Dylan and Thomas were very friendly with me and between them had great knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in. It was easy to ask them questions, and they responded quickly to text messages and phone calls. This dealership seems to follow a traditional sales approach in that they claim to be offering the best possible deal initially, but will eventually negotiate down in price. Despite this, the initial offer was not outrageous and I think it would have been fair even if I had not negotiated. Still, another dealership I contacted immediately offered me a deal very similar to the one we agreed to with Deery and I wish Deery had been similarly upfront and saved us all some time. Closing the deal on the vehicle was straightforward and I did not feel pressured to buy any expensive add-ons. Dylan and Thomas have been receptive to a few questions I've had since buying the vehicle, which I've appreciated. I would consider buying here again. Thanks for a good experience!

This dealership happened to have what I wanted and they were pleasant to work with and efficient with the paperwork. They ended up being more price competitive than some of the larger dealerships which speaks to their desire to complete the sale.

Was very satisfied with my visit. Courteous staff and a willingness to meet me requests and provide information were beyond expected. Sales rep even came out in a snow storm to help me without any hesitation.
