Great experience

Ricky is one of the best sellers here, he was very polite and worked hard to make sure I drive home with a great car. He offered me many options a went the extra mile to service us. You don?t find sellers like him everywhere. Very satisfied!

Repair service.

I did made an appointment to check the engine light on my Malibu, the adviser told me it will be about 2 hours, but after three hours I went to talk to him about the status of my car and why was taking so long. He told me my car had many issues, I did ask him what issues but can not even name one and then I did asked if they can tell me the code for the engine light but was not given to me, at this moment I did not feel comfortable about trusting the adviser or the dealer service. My car was release to me after 3 1/2 hours and nothing was done about finding the code of the engine light of the car.

Montebello Chevrolet is Excellent! Sales and Finance are awesome. Go see Jose Jimenez in Sales. I went to my local dealer as well and Montebello shot them down in all areas. I am very disappointed in my local dealership.

Discriminating Dealer Vs 800 Score Asian Client

Our Chevy Cruze from another dealership was up for maturity day and we wanted to swap it out with a new Equinox. Night of 2/18 Our salesman Carlos was fine and very patience and he helped us out. We took a test drive around town and While we wait he took my key and started checking out the Chevy and was getting the new car ready for us. Unfortunately we could not come to an agreement with Tye the financial manager after 4 hours of struggling and already past the closing time and he was rude to us . We have credit score of 800 and above. We have another KIA under lease due next year. He shouted a sentence in Spanish to Carlos and another manager and I confronted him that it was inappropriate and I understand what he was saying. He said he could use whatever language he wants. Anyway when we got home we felt that it was a really good deal and we shouldn't have let it go and called up Carlos. He was already in bed but was nice and said don't worry and he would take care of it in the morning, and a different financial manager would be assigned to us., HE called 2/19 and said everything is set up for us. We went there again at night and Carlos called and said he had an emergency and had to go to ER and a new salesman Chris would help us out. Chris was getting the car ready for us again while we wait, however I felt something was up. We also observed the man from last night named TYE have been in and out of the financial offices where Chris had went in with our sensitive information. About an hour wait the financial manager named Sereno came out and using a gesture with his fingers to go over to him as if were we dogs and we have names and he did not even say Mr. Tsai or anything as such. I thought to leave but lets see how it goes. Lets get over with this and go home with a new car. He told us to go ahead and sign. Sign what? I needed to go over the deal we had last night to make sure everything is still the same. He said oh the Chevy Cruze is still our responsibility and we would have to drive home both the new car and the old car. What? What am I doing here tonight? He said "I am not sure why are you even here tonight." We should not even had went back to the dealership. He said "Yeah you should not even be back here tonight." He stand there with his arms across his chest and smile with a cocky grim. I spoke to a manager outside and he came back and told us there are enough managers felt that since we are not comfortable with their services and it would be best for us to get our cars elsewhere. So they were kicking us out. It was just a set up for us to come back and humiliating us. Being Asian in the US for more than 30 years and this is not a unusual thing for me, I knew they are been discriminating us,. We asked for everything back and they said they would shred them, and said they needed to keep in on record, so which one is true? We immediately check out credit report and found out they had done a hard inquires on us 3 times had brought down our scores. 3 Times. Tell me there is not something going on
