I made an Appointment with Oscar in Sales to return a vehicle lease that just ended so I took my vehicle in and some other gentleman named Jay ( apparently... he is the only that deals with Lease returns) was unaware of me bringing back the vehicle once Jay went to ask Oscar he lied and said that he told me in advance that I had to call and speak to Jay. I guess Oscar did not want to help me or greet me because I was not interested in Leasing or Purchasing. I do not know if Jay was having a bad morning or if he was upset that I didn't lease from them but his costumer service was not up to part.. he did ask where I Leased and I told him it was in the city of Fontana (about an hour away) and this is what he said to me with attitude "YOU HAVE TIME TO DRIVE AN HOUR AWAY TO LEASE FROM THEM BUT WONT RETURN THE VEHICLE TO THEM" I told him that I Leased it over there when I lived down the street from that dealership and the reason why I was bringing the vehicle to Montebello Chevrolet is because I currently live less than 2.5 miles away. They did not have room to take in my vehicle as a straight return but they did have room to take it as a Trade-In.. this is my 2nd bad experience at Montebello Chevy all around bad costumer service and bunch of liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They handled all of my needs from, giving me the best... trade in value for my 2012 Chevorlete Silverado LTZ to placing my specific order for my new truck. My 2017 Silverado's AC condenser failed just outside of warrantee, and Chevy of Montebello took care of it in consideration of my having had all my service... done at the dealership and the relationship with this valued customer. Good stuff!

Went in ready to buy a used 2015 challenger they had advertised at 26500 today. Found a few minor issues with the car some decent reconditioning would... have solved, so I pointed them out and made a fair offer of 25000. The two salesmen I dealt with didn't seem too interested in making a deal. They had us waiting for a half an hour before NHL to come out and tell me the best they could do was a couple hundred off. I think they thought I wouldn't walk. I really thought they would make a better attempt at my business considering I was even ready to move a little more if they even made half an attempt to meet in the middle over a 5.6 percent difference in how each side valued the vehicle. You would think on a Monday evening with little foot traffic on a car that has been on the lot for weeks they would be interested in a customer with preapproved financing that was a guaranteed sale. I would have even let them finance me if they could match my rate just so they could make the money off the sale of a finance contract to help make up the difference but they did not take the time to find out.
