I got the complementary 1,000 miles inspection and car

I got the complementary 1,000 miles inspection and car wash, the car wash is a joke they didn't wash the truck box and they did not even try to dry the car, it was all wet and dripping water when I picked up my truck, I also have a question for the service person that check me in, he didn't even try to find the answer he just said I DON'T KNOW AND I DON'T CARE ;-(

Known brake problem

Known brake problem not resolved. Will have to contact the dealership to schedule another appointment for my 2023 Traverse that I've had since the summer last year.

I had an amazing experience at the Chevrolet of Montebello Dealership! Everything that I went in to inquire about was addressed and resolved. I definitely recommend coming here at this dealership! The staff and service director all have excellent customer service, and made sure my car was taken care of! That’s what I really enjoyed that once I was attended and asked about my car issues they reassured me that they will take a look into the concerns I had, and they did! The communication throughout the entire process was excellent and amazing! Communication is very important to me and that’s something I am very grateful that I got to experience at the Chevrolet of Montebello Dealership! I picked up my car and started to drive. My car is running very smoothly on the road! I love it! I will forever be grateful with the staff and especially the service director at the Chevrolet of Montebello Dealership! Thank you everyone!

The representative who notated recommendation of repairs due to time, not knowing what has been done on the vehicle. Also fail to state rear left break light was out, which I had another location complete the service.

Because I'm located clear across the country, the very specific vehicle I had in mind sold before I was able to get my end arranged. I'm writing this review because Cindy Huerta, the sales person I dealt with was very kind and helpful! She was always very quick to reply by text with pictures, videos, and answers to all my questions. She is quite the ambassador for this Chevrolet dealership! Thank you Cindy.

Things were great at first with my experience at

Things were great at first with my experience at Chevrolet of Montebello, but one week after signing the lease on my new Bolt, the salesman called me to say he made a mistake in the lease paperwork and wanted me to come back in and sign a new lease with a higher rate! This is a well-documented scam, and I am honestly very disappointed with what was otherwise a great customer experience. In short, I do not recommend using this dealership, as I do not believe they can be trusted to avoid pulling well-known scams like this one on their customers.
