All the staff I encountered were very friendly and

All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. That said, there were some problems with my new vehicle purchase - pretty simple fixes, but it required two trips back to the dealership and 9 hours waiting to get it sorted. As I mentioned, the staff was very nice, but they didn't seem trained or empowered to resolve the situation efficiently.

Chevrolet of Montebello lied to me they have had my truck

Chevrolet of Montebello lied to me they have had my truck for one month and one week they messed up the first time the first 5 days and didn't fix my truck at all yet they said they did told me to bring it back in they give me a loaner discovered that I need a transmission so they gave me a loaner for a month during this time they cannot locate a transmission for me they tell me that it's not on them it's up to GM General Motors I signed the extended warranty with Chevrolet of Montebello not General Motors now they're calling me and telling me that I need to bring this loner in even though my truck is not fixed and it's not drivable and that either I can take my truck out that's not drivable or rent a car until they fix my truck and they don't know when they're going to fix my truck what kind of service is this they just got to signing an additional warranty it's a contract a binding contract stating I'd have this car for one more month now they're saying they have to take it back they're going against their own word against their own contract I will never bring my truck back to Chevrolet of Montebello and yet my fate of my truck is in their hands I'm trying to get an attorney right now to help me Luis is not a very good service advisor and now he's blaming it on the service manager Jim or James so I don't know exactly who is that fault I just know my truck is not running right they didn't fix my radio and put a new radio in as I said they didn't do nothing to my truck and it's been there for 5 weeks buyers beware before you take your vehicles to Chevrolet of Montebello

gave me diagnostic but they didn’t fix it and charge

gave me diagnostic but they didn’t fix it and charge almost $3000 I called back to ask if they could fix it and get a rental car and they said I would need to leave the truck 3 more days and then they will see if they could give me a rental
