brought my car in at 9:40 for an oil change didn't get a text until 4:30 before they close. unfortunately i had to call out of work since i didn't have a car. then they told me it was a glitch in the system. a call would've been nice as well. and not get called at 4:30. i did call the dealership after the 4 hour mark since oil change doesn't take that long and the lady told me the person who helped me was busy so she will let him know i called. just upset that i have to miss work over something so small.

The entire experience with Norwalk Toyota was excellent.
The entire experience with Norwalk Toyota was excellent. Friendly but not pushy sales staff. Answered questions concisely and promptly. We were able to purchase the car quickly and with no issues or delays compared to other soCal dealerships we have purchased cars from in the past. Very pleased with the experience.

The service department was really good.
The service department was really good. I was in there. I have not been in good health and the gentleman was able to do the service on my vehicle and got me out of there right away and I really appreciate it

My last visit was for transmission oil change and engine
My last visit was for transmission oil change and engine oil change and paid almost $500 but I’m not happy because they did not perform any checks like coolant , air pressure check and my service lights on my dash board came out it’s for air pressure. it’s not like my previous visit it was recorded on you tube live
