The customer service is horrible. The “GM” is never available. Their slogan is whatever it takes. It should be “whatever we can take” my van was trashed... and my personal belongings were taken. I filed a police report hopefully they can find the thieves. Thank you to The Norwalk Sheriff department and the detective that’s handling this case. I still haven’t heard from the GM. Run away from this dealer!!!!!!
Bought a C-HR for our daughter at Norwalk Toyota. Troy Hardy in the internet division made this the easiest car purchase we've ever had. They even had... the color we wanted. The whole transaction wasn't much over 2 hours . Personally, I liked that Norwalk Toyota is a family owned business rather than one of the chains of dealers. (They have some cool vintage Toyotas in the show room)
I bought a used car from Juan Guerrero . What a great experience there was no non-sense and everything went smoothly. i was in and out of there within... a matter of 45 min. I knew what I wanted to pay for the vehicle and they were willing to negotiate so it was smooth. Thanks again Juan For all of your help.
I bought a brand new 2016 Corolla 2 years ago and noticed some paint flaking/chipping. I took it in yesterday to get it looked at and the service manager... said it was "damage that occurred while buffing or polishing". I thought that was odd because the only people who have washed my car (other than myself) was Norwalk Toyota. I explained to him that I have never buffed or polished my car but the service manager stopped listening to me, gave me a $12 touch-up paint kit and told me to go. Upset, I decided to take my car to an automotive body/paint shop. The independent body/paint shop told me that the chipping was either due to a defect in the paint or poor prep work and not due to buffing or polishing. I took my car back to Norwalk Toyota and I waited 2 hours for them to tell me that the chipping "was from an outside influence" and that they would not cover it. Again, I took my car to a different and independent automotive body/paint shop and they confirmed that the chipping was due to poor prep work. Norwalk Toyota's slogan is "whatever it takes". Little did I know that their slogan meant that they will do whatever it takes to get out of covering your warranty. I am currently taking this issue up with corporate HQ.
This car does not have the drivers assistance package w/ adaptive cruise control/Audi Sense/etc. I advised and confirmed this last week and they are still... advertising it with options the car doesn't have. I have nothing against the dealer, just do your homework before committing time and effort to buy a car from them
I can't believe i actually bought a car!!! The transaction and the process was incredibly easy. It is indeed a family oriented business and they do understand... your needs. It was a smooth and easy process. They are very nice and easygoing. Talk to Tracy....she's very easy to talk to you. I highly recommend it!

The Costco auto program is great. Everyone in that program from this specific dealership is on their game ( Tracy, Amanda, Richard and Dan) were all eager... to help and are knowledgeable people when it came to my needs and what I needed to do to purchase a car. It is well appreciated from a first time buyer in general. The only thing that was a concern was my car had a stain and I asked to have it cleaned before we left but the whole process of buying a car I forgot to check by the time I got home it was dark and I didn't notice until the next day. The overall experience was great. So thanks Norwalk Toyota.
Was able to get me in and out as promised. Went through the Internet and Tracy did a great job for us. No hidden dealer addendums like most other dealers.... Very happy.
Steve H was magnificent. He was patient as we switched from car to car as well as color choices. We wound up with a Scion iM where we were able to qualify... for zero percent APR. Also George in finance was great. We were in and out of there in no time. Overall it was well worth it to travel from the Vine. Would recommend Norwalk Toyota to anyone looking for a Scion or Toyota.
