My initial service rep was very nice.

My initial service rep was very nice. I do think she tried to up sell me on things my car was not ready for. The dealership gave me a ride to my residence which was a couple of miles away but would not pick me up for the return!!! How is that expected to work. I was also disappointed that a 3% service charge was necessary if I used a credit card. No for warning about that information until checkout. I generally use my debit card as a credit card for security purposes, but had use it as a debit with you. The work done seems fine and I do appreciate that.

I've been coming to Envision Toyota of Norwalk.

I've been coming to Envision Toyota of Norwalk. I was pleasantly surprised. Things appeared cleaner, more tidy. Service was quick. I would add, that service people at every point should direct you to the next station, regardless of how many times you've been there. I was never asked if I wanted coffee, or any hospitalities. A car wash was not offered. Everyone was very pleasant. Service was quick.

The service guy that took care of me forgot to call me

The service guy that took care of me forgot to call me that my truck was ready and left luckily I went to check in with a young lady and she apologized n finally got my vehicle

No complimentary car wash and estimated time of service

No complimentary car wash and estimated time of service was misleading in addition to no complimentary shuttle. Made arrangements to go offsite, since I was quoted two hours and was called within 20 minutes.
