I had low. Credit scores, I had little money for a down payment. But Mike Martin was very proficient in getting the best deal I could get. Including a 1500 rebate that went to My down payment. And Jilma was able to secure a good bank for me. And was forthcoming in her Information on how she came up with GMAC Financial. Also I was almost certain that I would need to come Up with another 500.00 to supplement my 1500 Down payment. But Jilma took the time to check my contract . And found no 500 payment due

The service person, Louie, gave me great service I was greeted promptly and was reminded o the maintenance that was due at the time. He was friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. The waiting area is very comfortable. Their is Wi-Fi and free snacks. Very good. The employees are friendly and very welcoming.

Went to purchase a vehicle and I'm waiting for a call back but get nothing after 2 hours when I was told it would've ready in 15 minutes. I call Andres Centoni and he says he would know in 20 minutes it's been 4 hours and still having call me back. No professional at all.

Used the Service Center. Andy Lopez did an outstanding job of explaining what my 2015 needed and when it was needed. My husband passed away recently and I had no idea what had or hadn't been done to maintain the car. I will definitely use George Chevrolet for all my vehicle's service needs!! Thank you Andy!
