I sat there 6 hours to buy a used car.Finance manager Chris Fazel doesn't have time to explain contract just sign right here. Told me once I drive off... lot I couldn't bring car back sales guy Danny told me I couldn't take it to mechanic to be checked cause they already checked it. Put on two different license plate and got stop by police. Got extended warranty and gap so I could take it to be checked out cancelled warranty and gap a week later and now having problems getting them to refund that to finance company. I'm tired of it so now I have no choice but to take them to court They over charged for DMV registration DMV said it was $45 and All Star Ford Pittsburg CA.over Charged and DMV sent me $218. It's just to many problems.
I was trying to purchase a 2020 F-250 Lariat from this dealer, based on the Edmund's locator. My daughter works at her computer all day, so she was negotiating... for my truck. The complete negotiations were done, price was agreed on (including tax and license/DMV fees) with Michael Meredith, the General Sales Manager. When the sale was moved to the financing department, there was a new charge of $257.00 for the DMV weight fee added by Chris. When my daughter said this was not part of the agreement he was rude and demeaning to her as a women (very chauvinistic attitudes at this dealer). At this point I have provided all information and proof of insurance for the sale. I am also 360 miles away and had a semitruck available to haul the truck to me and they refused remote signing and demanded we come to them face to face. They finally agreed to at least meet halfway at a truck stop on the road. I decided to call them myself and spoke to Chris in Finance who was rude and completely disregarded what they were doing was not right. He basically told me he would not remove the charge and we had to understand with the cost of sending 2 drivers to meet us, he could not lower purchase price to cover the $257.00 error because of their oversight. So, I said "Oh you are charging a delivery fee" to which he stated it wasn't. At that point I told him that we were done and we and anyone we know would never by from them. I also told him, not only was I going to give them the terrible review, I am going to call Ford Motor Company and file a complaint. I would not use this dealer for any motor vehicle needs.
I always get my oil changes there. I went in for an oil change yesterday, August 18th, and even though I had an appointment, it was a 2 plus hour wait.... So I wandered around looking at new cars. Got approached by a sales person and was straight up about my financial situation, down payment, etc. I ended up leaving with a brand new Escape. Our sales person, Moh Ibrahimi, never gave up. For a while, it didn't seem like it was going to work. My husband and I even went back to the service side to talk about doing some other stuff to the car, and Moh found us. Him and his manager made it happen and we couldn't be more pleased. With my husband having a bad back from previous accidents, it's so much easier for him to get in and out of the car now. I didn't buy my first Ford from them, but I'm glad I got this one. We got a great deal and Moh went above and beyond. Yes, I get it, sales people get commissions, but he still helped us regardless and for that, I'm grateful.

I purchased an F-150 from Olivia. The truck I wanted wasn't in stock, but Olivia quickly found it and delivered it to personally at my home. The price... was right and her service was exceptional. was the finance manager. I wasn't planning on financing the truck, but he showed me how to save even more money by financing. Great service. UPDATE: The truck was delivered with 125 miles and I owned the truck for less than a week when I discovered a nail in the sidewall of a tire. The tire could not be repaired. Now, we'll never know whether the nail appeared before or after I took delivery, but Sales Manager Cruz was more than fair in agreeing to cover the repair.

Booked appoi tment dec 3rd to take edge in for oil leak repair on 10th. Tol 6-7 hour job Told not ready till wednesday, waiting on parts Wed night still... waiting on parts & told would be 10 hour job. Been told car was already apart then told job has not even been started or taken apart but they magically know it is now a bigger job??? Called Ford in Dearbourne MI this morning, 12th to get problem esculated, case # CAS1615878, Will never get another Ford product
