Salesman Tom Delaney did a superb job for me. He is extremely knowledgable about the product he sells and very pleasant to deal with. He was fair and courteous at all times. I could not be happier with his superlative service.

recall repairs....or lack thereof

If it were not for Kim Fox at Lithia Toyota Missoula MT, I still would not have my spare tire carrier replaced. I went to my dealership in 8/'16 with my recall notice. It was deemed that I would need mine replaced due to excessive corrosion. For 6 month sent numerous emails to many service people at Lithia Toyota Missoula with no response as to why my vehicle was not getting taken care of. Finally last week I met Kim and emailed her with my concerns and not 20 minutes later had a reply as to why it had taken so long. 1 email...and my question was answered. Too bad there aren't 50 of her working at Lithia Toyota Missoula, if there was no one would want to go anywhere else.

Paul did his usual excellent job! So glad the t.v. was off and there was a wide selection of reading materials. Coffee was good. Thanks for the free car wash!
