i went in for an oil change without an appointment and got my vehicle in right away and was ready to pick up within the hour. Exceptional service.

Was given a price via text that was honored when I drove up from Spokane to take delivery of the vehicle. I asked the Salesman to have everything ready at the time I arrived and it was washed and ready to go. When the salesman heard I would rent a car to get to your city he offered to pick me up and that was a nice touch. Simple quick in-and-out process - nice.

I brought our 4Runner in for service thinking that we needed a number of mileage services on the car. Shane called to remind me that we had already taken care of two of the three so instead of doing those again, we only had the one service we needed done. I was very appreciative of the fact that Shane was on top of what we needed and was honest with us.
