I just went in for my 10,000 mile maintenance, but I liked that even though I was stuck waiting awhile to get all of the stuff done, I was comfortable so it wasn't bad at all to wait. The staff there has always been really nice and I had a great buying experience there.

Professional personnel. Finished on time (actually 15 minutes earlier) My car was cleaner when I left then when I came in. Work done was explained. The sales rep (Rebecca) that leased me the car took the time to say hello and talk to me. Availablity of Saturday appointments.

From the first entrance into the building to driving away in a new (or recently serviced) car, we feel less like customers and more like friends. John in Service is wonderful and I can't say enough about Lonnie in Sales. Yes, I'd recommend you to anyone (and have!) because I feel they'd be treated just as well as I was. My next Volkswagen well be from Collection, too.

We had received other bids on the car and did not even have to present them due to their offer being very fair and including our trade in also being fair.
